Ich habe eine Wohnung in Istanbul Üsküdar gebucht. Auf den Bildern sah es super aus.
Das Mobiliar der Wohnung war abgenutzt und beschädigt. Die Sauberkeit war nicht besonders.
Das schlimmste aber war, das ich 2 Tage KEIN Wasser hatte!
Der Kontakt, CENGIZ, sagte es sei ein Problem im Bezirk. Ich fragte meine Nachbarn aber alle außer mir hatten Wasser. CENGIZ hatte mich angelogen und mich danach ignoriert!
Als ich ihn vor der Buchung fragte, ob die Tür repariert sei, antwortete er mir, es sei alles behoben. Auch hier hat er gelogen!
Grauenhafter Gastgeber und Lügner.

They still haven't paid March's rent even though it's mid-June. A company where it is impossible to reach an authorized person, promises made to you are not kept, and is far from professional. You give them your house and can’t receive any rent. The legal process is still ongoing, this is a warning to all possible house owners.

I could not find the property
I could not find the property. I contacted the property owner directly but they just kept send the same address and the same photos of the door and kept telling me to go there. I had already followed google maps to the property address they sent me and it did not match the listing. I tried to get a number to call them and tried to get them to meet me to help direct me and they would not assist. I requested they cancel my booking and refund if they could not help me locate the property to check in. I then contacted Missafir directly via both the email listed and their whatsapp contact number several times and have not had a response. Totally unprofessional. The landlord also now will not respond. My safety was at risk walking around with all my bags trying to find their property.

Amazing apartment
Was a good experience to stay in this apartment...Gengiz the host was perfect in all...It's very nice area, you can find down the hotel a nice restaurant with good food. Try to do this amazing experience.

I stayed in a room of Missafir in…
I stayed in a room of Missafir in Istanbul for one week. Upon arrival I had to change rooms because the toilet wasn’t working. The new room was not clean and had a lot of mold in the shower. So the next day I changed rooms again, this time a much bigger and cleaner room. There were 2 occasions where there was no hot water. I give 4 stars because the host and reception were very helpful with all the problems I experienced.

‼️ When you get to the location of the house to see it, they call you to say the house has been rented and you're left without a place to live.

I had a very bad experience with renting an apartment in Antalya, but thanks to Ozge and the Missafir agency, my stay in Turkey went very well. Ozge helped us with everything we needed and was available throughout our stay.

no hot water or heating
We've arrived at an apartment where there was no hot water or heating working. We immediately informed the company through booking.com, but it took them days to take our complaints seriously.
During the first day they gaslighted us and kept telling us that we just have to turn on the boiler, but the boiler was clearly broken. We've sent them videos and pictures as evidence. That night we had to sleep without no heating and it got really cold at night. They didn't care that we had a six month baby with us!
Only on the third day they sent a guy to fix the boiler, but after looking at it for 5 minutes he said he doesn't have the parts to fix it and left. We had to ask the company multiple times to even to learn when is the guy going to come back. Finally they said "don't worry he'll be back in the evening". He didn't come back that evening.
Given that they had lied to us multiple times at this point we had no more trust that they will fix anything. We've decided to move to another apartment.
Falsche Bewertung, Schimmel, defekte Geräte, sehr schlechte Erfahrung
Ich hatte ein Appartement in Istanbul für eine Woche gebucht, diese hatte 7 außergewöhnlich gute Bewertungen.
Leider wurden diese Bewertungen nicht bestätigt, das Appartement hatte anscheinend mal ein Wasserschaden und die Geräte darin waren jahrzehnte alt. Im Bad und der Küche alles voller Schimmel, TV, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine defekt, Boden Panele aufgequollen, Schränke abgenutzt und aufgequollen und voller alter Sachen. Trotz mehrfacher und anstrengender Kommunikation wurde weder eine alternative angebotrn, noch Hilfe geleistet noch erstattet!
Nicht zu empfehlen, schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich in über 100 Reisen hatte.
