I had a great customer experience as Robert was very helpful with his advice and knowledge of mobility chairs. I very quickly settled on the right product for me and was impressed by how slick the delivery and installation was.
The icing on the cake was that in the end the product cost me 40% less than the same chair from a local provider!

I bought a small double adjustable bed following serious illness and because I needed to sleep propped up. My new bed is extremely well made and comfortable. The business is run by Robert Winchurch who is very knowledgeable and helpful, and made the process of choosing the right bed very easy. The customer service was excellent throughout, including down to the delivery and set up of my new bed. With this company there’s no pushy sales talk, just a genuine small business doing a very good job of serving its customers.

I have only awarded 4 stars because we experienced a slight problem with the delivery company. Otherwise we had the great pleasure of dealing with Robert whilst purchasing 2 mattresses from his company. Robert is old school….conscientious, polite and has a wonderful way of dealing with his customers……alas not common these days. The mattresses are top quality and I would recommend mobilityproducts4u to anybody requiring mobility equipment. Thanks Robert

After a back operation I needed an adjustable bed to suit when sleeping .I found quite a selection of 3'x6'6" at Mobility Products 4U .The owner Mr Robert Winchurch was most helpful and gave me all the information I needed to complete the order .The bed arrived was installed ,unwrapped and demonstrated all packaging removed . Very impressed with build quality and finish .

Let me firstly say, I LOVE MY NEW CHAIR! From my first telephone conversation with Robert, it was a wonderful experience. I am in my 80th year with limited mobility and desperately needed to replace my broken riser-recliner. He advised me on the best chair and efficiently arranged for the delivery and set up of the new chair and taking away the broken one (NOT one of his chairs). The two men who came were friendly, put the chair where I wanted, and made sure I understood the controls. They took all packaging away and you would never have known they were there. I received a follow up call from Robert to make sure all went well. That never happened from the big chain stores I have ordered from. Once again, it was a perfect experience and I am sitting in the new chair as I write this. Thanks Robert and Mobility Products 4U!

From start to finish I received excellent service and assistance. They communicated all the time and relayed all my fears. I am overseas and my mum is based in Wales, but they made sure I was comfortable all the way through. Wonderful team and I would use them again.

I have recently had to deal with Robert after my father in law had to move out of his home and needed another bed.
All I can say is what a fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable man.
I would recommend anyone who is looking at beds to give this guy a call.

We had superb service from Mobility Products 4U right from the start. We wanted new mattresses for our adjustable bed and Robert explained all the different sorts available.
Everything went so smoothly. The mattress were delivered quickly, on time with tracking facility and efficiently put in place. All packaging removed. Robert kept in touch so we knew exactly what was happening.Highly recommended.

What a very pleasant experience dealing with Robert, from Mobility Products 4U! I ordered a mobility scooter from him and was very impressed with the service I received. He answered my questions before I ordered and kept me up to date at all points after ordering. He even checked in with me after the scooter was delivered. A very trustworthy company. I had excellent customer service throughout with very swift replies to several queries I had and I was contacted about updates on my purchase (a powerchair) several times. Robert liaised with the delivery company to make sure they were able to deliver with the requests I had. I can hand on heart say I have never experienced such exemplary and dedicated service from a company before. I would definitely buy from this company again. Even AFTER the entire purchase and delivery was complete I had some further queries for insurance purposes which were responded to incredibly quickly. Thank you very much.

Robert could not have been more helpful, he went out of his way to arranged for a chair to be made in the exact same fabric as one which I already have and had it delivered to the ISLE OF MAN! I would definitely recommend him & would use them again.
