I cannot thank Robert Whitchurch (owner/manager?) enough, for talking us through all our opinions, he is very knowledgeable and super helpful.
He made sure that the bed was delivered and set up correctly
He even tried to find us a mattress, which they don’t supply, and made enquiries on our behalf.
I hold this gentleman in very high regard and would recommend him and his company to anyone.

We are so very pleased with our reclining chairs. Robert made the ordering very easy. The delivery was very well organised and arrived on the agreed date. The delivery guys set the chairs up for us and made sure we knew how to use them. The chairs are very comfy and just what we needed.

Excellent personalised service. Tried chairs in a local disability shop and also had a home visit from a reputed company. We knew exactly what we wanted including size but prices and waiting times were untenable.. Excellent chair from mobility products 4 u - my mother is delighted with it. Spoke to owner directly (true gentleman) who gave very useful advice (avoiding a poor choice for the back support type) and he is now helping me get mum’s older chair repaired which will be useful for another part of the house. Extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Purchased 2 new mattresses - British made and excellent quality.
Personal customer service was in place from day one of placing the order.
Initially the wrong product was delivered due to a warehouse error but at no time did I feel it wouldn’t be resolved due to the continued communication initiated by the company.

Found this site that makes mattress for electric beds which are Different sizes i hade bought a electric bed and was not happy with the massager mattress I bought with it the company did not a alternative so put down to experience new mattress from mobility 4u is perfect order it they sorted VAT out as I am disabled delivery very quick highly recommend this company thanks mick barnett

Smooth service although I had to find out if the item had been delivered as I don’t reside in the uk.
I bought the Body Ease Relaxer Adjustable mattresses however as a paraplegic I’m finding them far too firm ☹️.

Very happy with my purchase, after I made the order online I received a phone call thanking thanking me and telling me what to expect next.

Robert's customer service is excellent, I had full confidence in my order from the first phone call, I was kept up to date regularly on the delvery date. The delivery company were also first class, delivered reclining chair, built it and gave a full demonstration of controls etc, then removed all packaging.

Right from the first conversation with Robert regarding options for Mum's first riser/ recliner chair, I knew that we would place an order with Mobility Products 4 U.
Having looked at other sites for the exact same model but finding prices considerably more expensive, Robert explained that he was not trying to profiteer from those in need hence the price. He advised on the correct size to opt for bearing in mind the ' back' that we had chosen. The ordering process was very simple and delivery within a week. Robert called with updates every step of the way.
