12-Month At Home Warranty
When you make a powered product purchase, you’ll benefit from our aftercare service which includes a 12-month at-home manufacturer’s warranty and our ongoing service and support.
You’ll receive a contact number to use in the event of a warranty claim. Full details of this will be given at the time of purchase and our support team will visit you at home to undertake any necessary repairs covered under the warranty guarantee. Note, damage, wear and tear or misuse are not covered under the warranty guarantee and are chargeable.
After the 12 months at-home warranty has expired, Mobility Solutions are still dedicated to supporting you with any other issues that may arise during the life span of your product. Please do contact us and we can support you. Callout, labour and parts (if applicable) are chargeable.

Great product, fast delivery.
I ordered slippers for my mother she is very pleased with them. True to size, easy to put on and a good non slip sole, which is what was needed.

Unreliable
Prior to buying the mobility scooter batteries, I emailed to ask if the batteries shown on their website were exactly the same as those pictured, as I specifically wanted that type of terminal. I was told that they were so ordered 2. However, when I finally received the batteries they were not as pictured! It has now taken some time to rearrange the wiring on my Dad's mobility scooter. If I had known, I wouldn't have bought them.
