12-Month At Home Warranty
When you make a powered product purchase, you’ll benefit from our aftercare service which includes a 12-month at-home manufacturer’s warranty and our ongoing service and support.
You’ll receive a contact number to use in the event of a warranty claim. Full details of this will be given at the time of purchase and our support team will visit you at home to undertake any necessary repairs covered under the warranty guarantee. Note, damage, wear and tear or misuse are not covered under the warranty guarantee and are chargeable.
After the 12 months at-home warranty has expired, Mobility Solutions are still dedicated to supporting you with any other issues that may arise during the life span of your product. Please do contact us and we can support you. Callout, labour and parts (if applicable) are chargeable.

Brilliant service

Good shoes but beware postage costs
The shoes fit well and are comfortable. The price for shipping to the Isle of Man (£20!) was excessive there is no way it costs this much. The shoes themselves were £69.

I ordered a rollator for my mother and it was delivered extremely quickly (ordered on Friday, delivered Monday morning). The company called her to check the delivery time was suitable and to ask whether she needed help unpacking it. Impeccable customer service!
