⭐ Pros:
You develop an impressive tolerance for nonsense.

A masterclass in dealing with delusion, denial, and dysfunction.

You leave with lifelong motivation to never settle for less again.

If you survive here, you can survive anywhere.

Free exposure to the worst leadership and HR practices imaginable.

You’ll gain a PhD in spotting fake smiles, empty words, and pure incompetence.

❌ Cons:
CEO Jagdish is a walking red flag with a title—pretending to be a visionary while running the company straight into the ground. Arrogant, out of touch, and allergic to accountability.

Manager Rajnarayan is the poster boy for failure in leadership—loud, clueless, and desperately trying to seem relevant.

HR exists only to protect the people causing the problems. They're not here for employees—just damage control.

Projects are chaotic messes held together with duct tape and denial.

Zero structure. Zero vision. Zero decency.

Interns are treated like disposable tools—given real responsibilities, real stress, and zero pay.

A culture built on fear, lies, blame games, and boot-licking.

Growth? Non-existent. Recognition? Only if you’re in the inner circle of yes-men.

Communication is a joke. Everyone’s either hiding something, blaming someone, or pretending to care.

Turnover rate higher than expectations. Even the printer probably wants to quit.

You’ll question how this place hasn’t collapsed yet—and then realize it’s already happening, slowly and publicly.

Engaged with them to develop a cross platform application, they pushed their milestones without noticeable progress. When we completed the payments, we got ignored and left with crippled website and unfinished full of bugs mobile apps.
Project management and delivery people practiced continuous misleading with us.
Be careful of those scammers!

This company is a fraud and its reviews are fake. They stole $2,000 from me building script that was copy/pasted from a tutorial.

My lead engineer said it was "near worthless and unusable for anything more than a toy demo -- even then it is quite limited." and I fully agree.

They lacked a fundamental understanding of the project and led me under a false sense of confidence, until I paused the contract because they were asking basic questions - to find out the code they were using doesn't even apply to my website, or anything outside a tutorial.

This company is criminal and the management should be imprisoned for fraud. Do not trust them under any circumstances.

Very good IT services and professionals are prompt at any of your request

I am early stage startup and outsourced app work to Mobiloitte, once they got the bulk of the money, they neglected my project.They provided extremely low quality work with heavy lagging (kept making excuses of server issues), they are very difficult to work with. Once they received full money, they are not ready to solve the remaining bugs in the app (4months and counting) I would not suggest working with this Mobiloitte.

I wanted an android app which was related to E-Commerce. I directly contacted Mobiloitte without any doubt in mind. Earlier one of my friend developed his app with them and they delivered the best app in best price. Mobiloitte has become too predictable in delivering the best effort. They delivered my app the way I was expecting and they had designed it very beautifully. I am really thankful to them and yes I will surely recommend others to have their apps developed at Mobiloitte.

The service of mobile and web development was very good. The chat via Skype was helpful because in that way questions could be answered quickly. The cost and every thing was pre-decided, so no surprises in the end.
For us it was the first time that we hired someone to do our mobile and web application project for us and we are very satisfied with the work that is been done and we are recently working with the application you made.
