Quality and service
This date was the final day when I completed the installation.
This door really stands out and several people have commented on the style and the impact the door makes to my porch.
The online fitting instructions were a great help.
The only difficulty I experienced was the fitting of the final glazing beads on my small window. But with some bending of the bead, it finally went into place.
Prior to this date were the days of selection, ordering, customer service and delivery.
The variety of styles, finishes and glazing options were far greater than other companies and the online ordering was so easy to use when selecting my door and window.
I have to mention the customer service for the follow up email and telephone conversation.
I must also mention the prompt delivery and assistance given by the driver.
100% for the style, quality of finish, solid construction and price.
Absolute pleasure buying from your company.

Good Afternoon Lewis,
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry that you remain dissatisfied with your order.
For the benefit of those reading this review, the concern raised related specifically to the finish of the flying mullion end caps on your French windows. The end caps were supplied in the correct colour, although their surface finish differed from that of the surrounding frame. This was discussed with you at the time and was not considered to be a product defect.
We would also like to clarify your comment regarding contacting the bank for a chargeback. A chargeback was raised in relation to this order, which we responded to by providing the relevant information and evidence. Following the bank’s review of the dispute, the chargeback was resolved in our favour.
We always take genuine product or quality concerns seriously and will work with our customers to investigate and resolve any issues where appropriate. While we appreciate that you were unhappy with the differing finish in this instance, we do not feel it is accurate to characterise this as a failure in the quality of the products supplied.
Kind Regards

To be honest
To be honest, there has been a significant amount of miscommunication regarding the product and the specifications provided by the company.
Unfortunately, I have still not received the correct product, nor have I received a refund. The first delivery did not match the original order specifications, which is why the matter remains unresolved.
I have also contacted customer service several times but have not received an adequate response or a clear update regarding the situation. This has been ongoing for some time now, and I would really appreciate someone taking ownership of this issue and contacting me directly to resolve it as soon as possible.
Please could someone review my case and provide a clear update on the next steps? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry that you remain unhappy with your order, however we feel it is important to clarify a number of points for those reading your comments.
Your uPVC door was manufactured and supplied in accordance with the specifications of your order. The door panel being supplied separately from the frame and sash is a normal method of supply and does not mean that the product is incorrect, incomplete or faulty.
When the original delivery was made, you chose to reject the goods and subsequently requested a full refund. As your door was a made-to-order product which had been manufactured correctly and was not faulty, we were unable to agree to this request.
Despite the original delivery being rejected, we arranged a further delivery at no additional cost to you in an effort to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, this delivery was also rejected and the goods were returned to us for a second time.
We therefore do not feel it is accurate to state that you have not received the correct product. The product ordered has been manufactured correctly and we have attempted delivery on two separate occasions.
We appreciate that this situation has been frustrating, but we have made reasonable efforts to fulfil your order and facilitate delivery. Our customer service team remains available should you wish to work with us towards accepting delivery of the goods ordered.
Kind Regards

So far so good. Windows and the door arrived on time and the spec looks pretty good. I messed up the ordering slightly and didn't get matching handles, but that's on me. I've fitted one window and it looks good. At the moment I'd highly recommend.
