I have had a Moen shower valve in my tiny house for 15 years(same one), have had the plastic handle knob break on the inside of the knob 3 times in 15 years and they have always sent me new ones with no questions asked! This last time was 3/6/26, tried to find a replacement at Lowes and Home Depot to save shipping time but not the same style(think they are phasing them out)! So went online to Moen and got a rep. right away. He not only found the one I needed(no charge) but when I asked how much 2 more would be he said he would send me 2 additional handles at no charge! What company does that especially these days. I will always use Moen in anything I install. Thank you Moen. Mike R.

Phone IVR and online support need improvement

I am trying to get a warranty replacement part for my Moen faucet. I tried to register my product on the website and got a "server error" which said to contact them for assistance. I then tried calling them, but the IVR said to call them back on the next business day during business hours, which the IVR said was 8:00am - 7:00pm EST. The time I called was 4:15pm EST on a Monday. So, I called back the next day at about 10:10am EST. The IVR said wait time was 45 minutes, so I opted for a callback. 3 hours later, and I still haven't gotten a callback, so I am now on hold with a 65 minute wait time. NDidn't opt for the callback this time.

The wait time continued to say "65 minutes", and eventually "66 minutes", but I DID eventually reach a customer service agent after about an hour. Shs said the wait time on the IVR is supposed to be "time remaining", so the IVR definitely needs work.

The customer service agent was very nice and is sending me replacement cartridges.

So, the IVR and the website get 1 star. Customer service gets 5 stars. Composite score, 3 stars.

Title: MOEN Banbury Tub/Shower Faucet – Diverter Problem & Costly Repairs

I purchased the MOEN Banbury Single Handle Tub and Shower Faucet (Spot Resist Brushed Nickel) for $161.29 and ended up spending over $1,600 on installation and multiple plumber visits. The main issue: the tub spout continues to run water even when the shower diverter is engaged.
Despite replacing the faucet, Posi-Temp valve, and shower head (all sent by MOEN), the problem persists. MOEN customer service was responsive, but initial instructions were unclear, causing extra costs and frustration.
If you’re considering this faucet for a bathroom remodel or upgrade, be aware of potential diverter failure, Posi-Temp compatibility issues, and high installation costs. After three service calls and replacing major components, the product still does not work as intended.
Bottom line: I cannot recommend the MOEN Banbury tub and shower faucet.

Cheap products with no actual warranty- Do NOT buy!!

First, I want to say this website made wouldn’t let me give Moen zero stars which is what they deserve! I bought a Moen bathroom faucet because of their alleged lifetime warranty. That is nothing short of an out right lie! The faucet which is only a few years old is leaking. I went to their website and called their “customer service” number for assistance but, both were useless. The website runs you in circles and the “customer service” number has a two hour wait time so the recording offers to call you back. When they do, a full TWO hours later, they almost immediately hang up on you then don’t bother to call back and when you call them back (at 3:45pm eastern standard time) they make you listen to their recording then say they look forward to speaking with you the next business day and hang up on you. This is especially insulting because the message they force you to listen to says they are open to assist people from 8am to 9pm eastern standard time. Their products are cheap crap, their warranty is nothing more than a flat out lie and and their version of customer service is the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I literally cannot say a single positive thing about this abominable company. I honestly hope Moen goes bankrupt. I will also be filing a complaint against Moen with the Better Business Bureau.

Piece of Junk.

Bought FLO by Moen to monitor and protect my home water system. The device itself is reasonably priced- the plumber not so much.

The device works, but it’s a nuisance and the supporting software is abysmal. Support from Moen is TERRIBLE.

Absolutely horrible service

Absolutely horrible service. Over an hour wait time when trying to call. Never received my order of replacement aerator, even though they say it shipped. IMPOSSIBLE to get an actual human being!

Honored the 3 year warranty

Honored the 3 year warranty. Impressive. Electronic bidet started acting up 3 years into owning it. 15 min call, US based knowledgeable customer service; and they shipped out a new one at no cost, and it arrived in a few days, doesn't get much more impressive than that. I know if I had purchased a cheapo bidet from Amazon it would definitely not have a 3 year warranty that is honored

Ripped me off, send a different item, never given a receipt, spammed me & unable to register the product for warranty. Sketchy as it gets.

STAY AWAY. I ordered a replacement part. Was given a Moen product number. They took over a week to ship. What arrived was a Danco branded product with a different model number. The "Danco" was the same item but cost 1/4 the price of the "Moen".

I was never given a receipt. No email, nothing in the box. But they made sure to spam the daylights out of me.

Worse yet, when I tried to register the product, the system automatically backs out and deletes the model number text, which is a required field. It's a straight up scam. They say you get a warranty but you can't register your product. This is why they don't give you a receipt. They don't want you to register anything.

The Moen replacement part has hundreds of 1 star reviews but since they use proprietary connectors, I had no choice.

I paid for UPS shipping and they shipped FedEx instead.

The only thing I can say is that customer service was good up UNTIL I made a purchase. After that, they could care less.

Warrantee requirements changed when I went to register. I paid a lot more for Moen, but, they added serial numbers and proof of purchase which I do not have.]

THEY changed the rules before I got my purchases registered.
