I ordered 4 330 yard spools of 15lb test tripolymer for 5 of my reels and 2 spools of 20lb test of the braid. I have not used the braid yet for it is for top water . I really hope its better than the tripolymer. After 1 fishing trip and my line breaking 4 different times on two different reels I pulled it all off. They were less than 2 pound fish. Im 57 years old and never have I had a line this awful. You might want to check your quality control. I don't know if I got 4 bad spools or if this is the nor. However I won't be buying anymore. I will report on the braid when ive used it.

Bought a baitcaster rod and reel set op for my grandson and shortly after Christmas the rod snapped about 12” from the tip while grabbing it and pulling it out of my truck bed one day after fishing. He’d only used it three times before that. My 7 year old grandson was heartbroken. This was the rod & reel he wanted and now will have to go buy a new rod because KastMaster wouldn’t warranty it. They offered a half off price plus shipping but I could go out and buy a new rod for less than that. Think about other manufacturers before buying a new rod and reel by KastMaster. Sad they wouldn’t replace a 7 year olds new rod & reel that was his Christmas present.

Tournament fish bag.
I ordered the tournament bag through Amazon. Had the bag at my door in 2 days. This is the first bag that hasn’t leaked in the corners. Well made.
Cheap ass products!!
Absolutely, horrible products. First cast and the line got all tangled up. Absolutely horrible worse purchase. I've made.We'll never use any of their products again.Waste of money!!!!!
Take my advice. Don't believe the hype go to your local fish store and make a purchase there. Do not buy off this company!!!!!!! Look up the reviews on Yelp yourself. They make cheap quality products.Advertise it.As some of the best complete lies!!!! I would have given them a negative ten stars.If possible!!!!

I order a last king bag off of tick toc and reached out to both kastking and gofo just to getting getting run around about waiting 3 days from gofo. Kast king won’t cancel my order . I literally order the item on Oct 2. I can literally order the item on Amazon and have it tomorrow or within two days so frustrating.
Gofo is telling wait 3 days twice while the phone says the item was delivered then switched to it in transit. At this point I order the bag for my fishing trip and which has passed

Customer service is horrible. I told them one has more luck getting people to answer or return call from a Chinese sweatshop. I never evaluated the reels purchased. I simply sent them all back. Going to Lews brand.

I bought have several kastking products…
I bought have several kastking products and always been pleased I bought a catfish rod and the tip eye insert came out. I read the warranty info and it says they charge 20$ handling fee and shipping. That would be more than half the rod price. So. I sent them a email about my troubles and they sent me a refund with no problem. Very happy with customer service. I had previously written a bad review I should have waited because it only took a few days for them to take care of it.
Horrible Customer Service!!
Placed order on 8/14/24 with expedited (1-3 day) shipping.
Today is 8/26/24 and I still have not received the order! I called KastKing on 8/22/24 and spoke with Paul. He said he could not cancel my order but would send a message to "them" requesting a cancellation and refund. He followed up with an email stating same. Here it is 8/26/24 and I still have not received the order or any further communication fro KastKing. I recommend other do not do business with KastKing if they cannot refund an unreceived order.

Terrible Experience
Placed an order on May 2nd. They notified me May 7th (5 days later) that all my items were out of stock. This is 2024 your website should be able to keep track of inventory. Not sure why it took so long for them to contact me. The sale is over now.

I ordered a fishing rod from them, shipping was taking too long time and I CANCELLED the order BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED! I advised them not to ship, but they ignored me. I refused delivery and shipment was sent back, I HAVE A PROOF (tracking number) IT WAS RETURNED to them ! They never gave be a refund! These A$$HOLES are THIEVES!!!

Customer Service is awesome! Responded fast and fixed my issue. Had a rod arrive broken in half during shipment and they sent me a new one within 2 days. That is great customer service! I kept the broken one for spare parts in case I snap a tip or something....

Good Company
I have a large amount of Kastking products, always had good customer service when there were any issues which are far and few between, not saying that you can't have issues, but with any companies product sometimes issues do happen. Also with the amount of gear I have, never had any issues with anything.
