I LOVE this product!
I’m using the Convert Pro product, and I intend to spread the love far and wide on this. I have used it now on 5 different credit card accounts, and two bank accounts. The converter found every transaction and I was able to import them all into QuickBooks. What a time saver!

Horrible company!

I worked for Moneythumb. Not only do they stiff their employees out of money (still owes me over 2k) the CEO refuses to give refunds to customers and spams them with emails. They don't handle customer service AT ALL. This company should be shut down.

Ordered the MoneyThumb PDF to QFX converter and it was not able to convert my PDF file - only gave an error message. Despite contacting their customer support immediately and requesting a refund, they instead insisted that I should just buy another (more expensive) product from them. Even though I contacted them literally minutes after discovering that their converter would not work on my file, it took me two days and sending them screenshots of the error (they admitted there was a bug) and my private financial file before they finally agreed to issue a refund. So good in the sense that they finally did issue one, but I've never had a company that gave me such a hard time about it under these kind of circumstances! Ordered ProperSoft's converter for $39.95 instead and have had no problems with it.

Nice product and support, but refund policy needs some work.

Unparalleled Support!

The program has performed fantastically, and the support is unparalleled to others that make similar programs. I have tried and bought multiple PDF to CSV converters, and this is really the best. So thank you.

I'm a freelance photographer and I hate finances. I hate finance software. I hate paying a hundred bucks for software that turns one kind of text file into another kind of text file. I hate organizing bank statements and logging my expenses.

I don’t know what kind of wizards there are at MoneyThumb, but PDF2CSV is straight voodoo. I’m a degenerate who lapsed on filing taxes from a couple years ago and I only had bank statement PDF's. I tried some cheaper, crappier programs to turn them into CSV’s with no luck. I was apprehensive about buying the program, but after seeing how accurately and quickly the demo converted the documents, I bought it and have since used it for three years worth of statements. It has saved me an unthinkable amount of time over thousands of transactions.

I have never reviewed a software company to throw gratitude at a product, but I just wanted to say thank you for such an productive piece of software.

Have tried a few Moneythumb products and they all work well

Their PDF conversion products are terrific time savers. Worked on statements from all kinds of different banks, and helped me to directly import into my accounting system.

You can literally convert months of bank statements in minutes. They have converters for just about any file type that a bank provides and many options. The sales and support teams are very patient and help you choose the right product. And if you run into any issues, they work to get you on track. Very nice!

WASTE OF TIME AVOID
software glitches, no support, refuse to refund, no satisfaction, bad customer service and ask you to do the leg work to prove bugs so they can maybe refund.
