Moorland Fuels Avis 

I’ve dealt with Moorland fuels since I was close to running out of oil in the freezing winter of 2010….. and my regular provider let me down. Moorland came to my aid and I’ve stayed with them since. They are easy to deal with, their customer service is second to none and their prices are competitive.

We are moving house out of their area - how will we manage.

Competitive price through early ordering. Pleasant and easy people to deal with. Would have been 5 stars but they missed delivery by a day. Understandable but as Craig Revel-Horwood says, "I have to dock a point if I see a mistake."
Would always get them to quote.

I ended up cancelling my fuel order as I was told the quoted 10 days was now going to be 14 days, as they were prioritising orders for people who had run out. I thought this a strange business practice - penalising those of us that are organised. The member of staff I spoke to was very feisty and said my remaining 300l would be more than sufficient to cover the additional 4 day wait. Unsure how she came to this conclusion as she didn’t know the size of my property or who lived there (aged parent). I wouldn’t recommend them and I certainly won’t be checking in with them for fuel prices when I next need to order more oil.

From the outset when delivery was agreed to the delivery of the oil I was kept informed .
The tanker arrived and my tank was filled .
I received the invoice and payment made over landline . Excellent .

Didn’t listen when I said i needed my delivery to be early when truck was heavy, no one listened and lorry came light and couldn’t get up my lane, Moorland wouldn’t attempt again so I was left with no fuel!

Very competitive price for heating oil and very easy to contact for information regarding my order. Delivery was made ahead of schedule with email to notify me the day before.

I would recommend Moorland Fuels for your next heating oil delivery and I will definitely be using them from now on

i was promised 500 litres of oil am today still not come getting closer to pm not good enough. don't know how you run your business on broken promises?

Despite an unavoidable, short delay due to the recent petrol shortages, delivery was achieved the same week by working Saturday. Staff were helpful, courteous and they did exactly what they needed to promptly and efficiently. Oh and by the way, the price was £50 less (for 500l kerosene) than the cheapest price comparison site, in a vehicle perfect for the tight access at the back of our house!

Glad I decided to call them on the advice of the previous owner.

I have been a customer of Moorland Fuels for more than 10 years and I have had very good service without exception. The office staff and the tanker drivers are always friendly and helpful and the prices are competitive. On top of that I have the satsfaction of supporting an independent, local, family run business. It doesn't get any better than this folks.

Fantastic service! It’s my first time ordering oil and the lovely lady called Chloe in the office explained everything to me. The chap that delivered my fuel was very helpful and the tank was filled very quickly!
