Help with a difficult job.
I spoke to Charlotte. She was helpful and informative. I was actually trying to clear a large and long-standing bill for my daughter, who is camped out here and has been rather battered by her recent past life. This was not an easy thing to do. Charlotte presented the various options to me for clearing the bill. I decided to clear as much as I could, whereupon Charlotte informed me that a certain proportion of the bill would be absolved, if I paid immediately -- which I did. In the long term, this will be a good thing. Overall, I would say that dealing with Moriarty, at least for me, was easier than the rather more grim experience of dealing with certain other debt collectors. Being able to ring up and speak to someone pretty much straightaway was also a big plus. I am incidentally a pensioner still working full time in the music industry and so am conversant with difficult situations and all manner or problem-solving. Hence, the long reply. Yes, for the job she has to do, Charlotte did well.

I can't thank him enough for the outstanding service he provided. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely listened to my situation. Even though some of the issues I shared weren't directly related to his role, he showed real empathy and understanding while remaining highly professional throughout. He took the time to work with me to find a flexible and affordable payment plan that suited my circumstances, and I never felt rushed or judged. Payment plan
I spoke to a gentleman called Mario who unbeknown to me I had spoken to years prior.
But as far as debt collectors go, he was a lovely person to speak to and very compassionate of my circumstances.
Appreciate the patience and understanding and was happy with the quick payment plan set up.

After struggling to get through on line (for some reason my date of birth 01 10 1963 #) was not recognised by the system I called and spoke to Ryan. Ryan was the consummate professional who very kindly guided me through the process.
