Amman who I spoke with this morning was so helpful and understanding. I hadn't checked my phone as I'd been in hospital. He listened and advised me. My card had been stolen a few weeks ago and I actually didn't realise if would be a problem, hence I missed a payment. All sorted thanks to Amman ✌️

I had communication with Kamran on…
I had communication with Kamran on 17/06/26. I was really worried because my financial situation was critical like, "in the hands of bailiff" critical but after our dialogue I was relieved. Probably about as good as you’ll get for a debt collector
I’ve spoken to several debt collection “law” firms recently such as this one and Moriarty Law are BY FAR the easiest I’ve had to deal with.
I’ve so far spoken to Ian and James on the phone and they have both been incredibly helpful.
Other similar firms (cough, TM Legal) could learn a lot from how Moriarty Law conduct themselves.
They’ve not been ‘perfect’ by any means, but ML have been relatively reasonable and professional every time I’ve had to contact them (not friendly per se, but measured, somewhat human and not unnecessarily confrontational, which is about as good as you’ll get in this sector)

Aimee was brilliant…
Aimee was brilliant with me and tried to help me reduce my debt ASAP, I really suffer with anxiety and calling took so much to do but Aimee made me feel comfortable and like my debt was going to be resolved easily. I actually feel like I can breathe again.
