Received quickly and well packaged
Received quickly and well packaged. After having used just domestic products for a couple of years I decided it was time to step up a level. Although early days, things are looking promising and I will repeat the treatment again in a couple of weeks.
Instructions are clear and products easy to use.

Not so great!
The website was easy to use, and dispatch time was very fast. BUT, there was a problem with delivery. I tried to phone for advice, only to be left waiting on the phone line for over half an hour. After my half hour wait and the usual boring music, and the usual message telling me they would soon get to me.... I gave up.
So, like most firms today. A great service while purchasing, after that, not so great.

Works a treat.
Purchased a pack via the very informative and easy to use website. Delivered really quickly. Easy to follow instructions and after 3 weeks since treatment, so far so good, no further evidence of any living pesky larvae or moths in the area treated. Would definitely recommend and would buy from here again.

I was highly allergic to the chemicals…
I was highly allergic to the chemicals used in MothKiller. All clothes that had been in a cupboard or wardrobe where the product had been hung now bring me out in a burning, itchy rash all over my body. I'm left having to wash every item I own to remove the chemicals.
