I am very frustrated with the changes to the completion date of my car repair. Even after receiving confirmation, the promised dates kept shifting until the very last moment. This lack of consistency has caused significant disruption, especially since the courtesy car provided has different features—such as being petrol instead of electric—which made my daily routine more difficult and added unnecessary inconvenience.

I truly hope that this time my car will be delivered on the date you have confirmed, without any further delays. Clear and reliable communication, along with honoring agreed deadlines, would greatly improve the customer experience.

Had a loan car, unknown to me a very small hole in window screen, I had to pay for a new one to be replaced. They tried to charge me over £100 more than it cost. Only found out when I requested the receipt from the screen replacement company. I have been trying to pay the amount, but my payment was rejected. I tried ringing them, no reply, I left messages, none returned. Now I get a letter from their solicitor demanding payment or be taken to court. On the letter no payment details to pay on line. Taken many attempts Aline to get though to them. Still pending. This company has very poor customer service.

Very bad service my car is one part is damage this company and This company is very bad. Before my accident, there was no damage to my car and later when I looked at my car carefully, that part was damaged. This company is very bad. Its service is not good. I will tell you what you should do.

Motofix prestige Cirencester was outstanding, the customer service was amazing, kept me updated with my vehicle progress. I would 100% recommend this repair workshop.

Kept me informed at every stage. Picked up the car quickly and returned quickly. My only request would be to be given a timeframe for collection and return at time of booking rather than waiting for a call on the day. Makes it hard to manage your work day and meetings without the information.

My insurance company referred me to Motofix Oxford to repair my car after an accident. The team members of Motofix had been very professional in dealing with me. They kept me up-to-date with the progression of my case. They had referred me to Enterprise so that I could get a comparable courtesy car. They had collected my car, completed the works on the same day and returned the car the next day after a full clean. They had followed up subsequently to see whether I needed anything else. I am very satisfied with the service.

Having an accident and getting your car repaired is a stressful process and happily one of which we don’t have much experience.

I can honestly say that Motofix have been one of the best companies I have dealt with for a long time from the very polite receptionist to the helpful driver who collected my car for repair
I was kept informed at all stages of the repair and got my car back quickly
