From start to finish efficient, courteous and no problems encountered. They did what they said they would do, kept me up to date and I was impressed. Great customer experience. Repairs completed to a high standard and a great valet! It needed it!

Great communication throughout, the estimator called me and explained everything. They kept me up to date, car looked perfect on pick up, they had done a great job and even cleaned it for me which was a great touch!

I've just collected my car from Motofix, Swindon after 'no fault' damage to my car was repaired. Not only is the quality of the repair excellent and the car returned to me sparklingly clean, but also the level of customer service I received throughout was beyond exemplary. I have done one review, but it’s not appearing anywhere??
I had a deer commit suicide on my car in dark rural Oxfordshire- the damage - all body work, no humans - was incredible! Went to this place for repair. Honestly, it looks better than it did before- amazing job, they even cleaned it inside n out- something I’ve not done for at least3 years😉. Didn’t report any fur or venison found .They also supplied a courtesy car for the duration . Certainly I know where I’ll be going if needed in future- thanx so much. AJ69.

Good comms and quality repairs
Good communication from the start from Motofix Cirencester and pleased with the quality of repairs. Everyone we spoke to was efficient and the repairs were done to a good standard in the timescales promised promised. The collection and delivery service is an added bonus.

A really efficient service. Courteous, helpful & kept me in the loop all the time. Had a decent hire car whilst mine was in. Repair was an insurance job & managed really well from initial report to insurers to getting car back. Have no hesitation in recommending Motofix.
