Don't bother.

Communication wise, this has got to be the worst moving company I've ever worked with. 3 days I waited for my things to be moved out. 3 days of back and forth calls, pushing back work to meet YOUR time frame, only for you to tell me you're going to be here 2-3 hours later than OUR AGREED TIME. I told your team so many times I couldn't move on Australia Day, and even told you to keep the deposit because I wanted nothing to do with you people, yet you talked me into a minimal discount, which I should've just declined and walked away without, but the staff member quite literally sat there on the phone repeating "pls maam pls no we pick new day and give discount." Then over the span of 2 days, I've got your team all calling and messaging me to see what the plan is as if I haven't already discussed it with one of you, and you haven't communicated the new time and date of the move with each other. Constantly calling your office to ask for an update when you were 2-3 hours late, to get radio silence. Having to leave my apartment to rush to work, only for you guys to call me and say "we're on the way now" when you should've been there hours ago. Only pro from this entire thing, was that the move was swift. You guys tried to charge me full price, after we agreed on a discount for your tardiness. 350$ PLUS 50$ deposit for just under 2 hours is OUTRAGEOUS and WASNT the agreed price. Had I not been extremely overwhelmed and just wanting you out of my house, and off my phone with the constant calls I wouldn't have paid you at all. DONT hire these people if you're western Sydney based. Their final call to me was 30 minutes ago "maam pls give good review, I'll stay on the line while u do it, takes 3 seconds". The sheer audacity. Here's your good review, have the day you deserve.

Terrible service not shpwed up

Terrible service, they never showed up, i booked a 1 bedroom move a week in advance, they didn't show up at the time planned and after reaching out to them multiple times they ended up telling me that they were rescheduling my move to the following day. That company charges 50$ just to be a go between so they are not a moving company. Do not use them if you need timeframe to be respected

Moving contractors were great. The contractors that did the moving…

The contractors that did the moving were great, they packed the furniture well and kept me informed on all aspects of the move. I would use them again separately.
However the Movee admin argued payment when I question the 10% and 2% total 12% total extra charges in the fine print. I did ask when enquiring and was told call out fee but this was not mentioned. I should have read more closely but caught up in packing. I have also not received my deposit refund. All in all the extra cost made it blow out the budget on the move.

Booked a move for my 4 bedroom house. the whole process was very smooth. from booking till delivery of services. The movers who came were super. They packed everything very well and did a great job. Would definitely recommend MOVEE for moving services to all i know.

Where do I start

Where do I start
1. You never told me from the start that the removalist was coming from Sydney.
2. Why didn't you have someone in Newcastle do my job?
3. I wouldn't have had to pay such a ridiculous amount for travel.
4. Then I have to ring you to tell you that you overcharge me.
5. Then I have a damaged Booksace. That was a nightmare.
6. You tell me to get in touch with them and they want to argue with me.
7. Then I ring you and then you get involved with them and get a resolution for me.
8. You then say that I have agreed to a payment of $135. At NO time did I agree to this
9. In the meantime I have Messaged the delivery company more than 12 times trying to get payment.
10. I made about 12 phone calls to the removal company and at no time did he ever ring me back.
11. I asked them for over 5 days to send me proof of payment from them and I have never had a reply.
12. Today I sent another message asking if they have sent me the money and also a receipt of the payment.
13. He then pays the money and sends me a receipt.
14. He only paid it today. What about 5 day a go??
15. It took over 5 weeks to have Moove refund me for there mistakes

Don't trust them!

Don't trust them! I contacted them for only moving the big items of a 3-bedroom house. The number of items were literally below 15 items. Fridge, washing machine, mattress and base, two coaches, a couple of bookshelves, a small round table, a drawer, and a heavy desk. The distance between two places was literally below 2 km. It took them 4.5 hours to move these items, I even started helping them, and finally they didn't even bring the heavy desk to where I planned. At the end they billed me 950$ for these elements, while I had done similar move before with the range of 250-300 $.

The service was outsourced to a third party

The service was outsourced to a third party which was not informed. The movers did not have blankets for all the furniture ended up in leaving marks in couple of furniture. The loading and unloading took time with us helping the movers

Mid quality moving service

The 2 guys were friendly and punctual .
They communicated well throughout.
However their truck did not have Ramps or a lift , so were working only with a trolley . lifting and carrying furniture themselves or with a trolley . The trolley had dirty wheels as it left black marks on the carpet ( we were able to remove with much vacuuming ).The fridge was left with black marks , scratches and some dents .
All in all they are suited to a smaller move with furniture that is not of high quality or value , which was our case , luckily .
The fee was requested prior to the end of the move , with a large credit card fee .
There is a non refundable charge when booking the service , which is outside of the actuel moving charge .

The young men were extremely friendly & were in constant communication with me prior to their arrival. They took care with the furniture & were happy to answer any questions.
The Movee office team were insistent on taking immediate payment & did not take off my deposit, I am still waiting for it to be returned
