Excellent service, arrived on time. Luke is a very friendly man. Explained things well. Very happy with the service I received. I would definitely use Mr Radiator company again.

Luke (Mr Radiator!) came around to take a look at our gas boiler the same day we contacted him, and priced up a number of options for us that evening. He ordered a new boiler for us the next day (Friday) and fitted it the day it arrived, which was the following Tuesday. So - a great service, a neatly done job that works perfectly at a reasonable price, and we have no hesitation in recommending him.

I can highly recommend Luke, he was dealing with a frustrating fix of our 9 year boiler whilst feeling bad that we didn't have any hot water. In the end we ended up doing a complete new installation. During the frustrating time, Luke kept us completely up to date, was upfront with costs and arrived during the time slots that he had given us.

He is always on time and explains what he is doing. Also he’s a very tidy worker and clears up as he is going. I would definitely recommend him.

We had a small job in our bathroom, Luke gave my wife a quote for the works and a date and time to carry this out agreeable to both of us. He turned up on time and carried out the replacement of our basin mixer tap in the bathroom. An difficult job working behind a pedestal that had been securely fixed. A true professional job and I wished I had him working for me when I worked as a Quantity Surveyor ( now retired). Our companies reputation for excellent works would have had another great team member. Would highly recommend and provide a glowing reference if ever required, which I have only ever done twice in my 35 years of work.
