Brand New Car - covered in streaks
MR Suns Cleaning came out to clean my brand-new car, and unfortunately the result was extremely disappointing.
After paying $180, the car was left covered in streak marks and looked nowhere near professionally cleaned. I contacted the owner and asked for a refund, but he refused. He offered to come back and redo it, but only at a time that suited him, which doesn’t really help when I’m now left driving around in a brand-new car that looks terrible because the job wasn’t done properly the first time.
For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard. I’m honestly not sure where the positive reviews are coming from, because my experience was not up to standard at all.
I wouldn’t recommend them. You’d be better off taking the car to the local car wash.
