Fast fix
Zoe was very polite and I felt comfortable having her in my home. She had my Internet back up and running quickly and made sure phones and tele were able to connect before she left.

No one at home
James arrived to check the outside connections as no one was home today and we had no internet. I left work early and luckily he was sat in his van, i spoke to him and he came into the house to help restore my connection as i have a lifeline fitted, he was amazing and got me connected to the internet

Our internet cut out Friday afternoon (which as someone who works from home was a pain) however all the call staff on the Friday were friendly and helpful and they booked for someone to come out Monday morning (his name was James) he fixed the issue, explained what it was and was really helpful!
