Much improved now. They have a new customer service person in place. My previous experience with them was terrible. My most recent has been night and day different.

The best tasting Nicotine Pouches I've ever tried!
The flavours are really strong, and super sweet if you go for fruity ones. I've tried a multitude of Pouches from different companies and these by far came out on top for flavour.
Super fast shipping also, and this is the only company who offer two free samples rather than one, which was definitely a positive!
The only reason I've given four stars rather than five is because the nicotine was not as effective in these Pouches compared to others that I have tried.
I use nicotine regularly to help with chronic pain, so I do need quite a high mg to even feel it nowadays, but compared to other Pouches of the same strength, these were the least effective.
Overall, if you don't need super high strength but want the best tasting Nicotine, I'd definitely go for Muse!

Quality control
Purchased some products recently but I think Muse are experiencing some quality control issues, irn bru flavor has no flavor and just tastes bitter. They did send out replacements but same issue with that flavour. Hopefully they fix this as its putting me off repeat custom. I'm guessing this is a startup so production equipment / QA may be at a similar stage

Flavourless
I was very excited to try Muse pouches. I had heard good things about the flavours being very strong. I did find the pouches to be dryer than other similar products available, making the pouches very good for staying in place. However, I found the flavour almost non existent and very underwhelming. I kindly recieved 2 pouches for free under promotion. The flavours I sampled were ice cola and creamy coffee. Both were extremely flavourless!

The best pouches for flavor
Great service, I've tried 4 of their flavors now and there hands down the best. Quite a dry pouch but the flavor is far better than anything else that I've tried.

fast delivery, but too dry pouches
fast delivery, trackable, nice taste, but far too dry.plus remember to half the actual nicotine per pouch compared to what it says on the tin. as the pouches are 0.5g each. whereas the tin is the total nicotine per gram. The dryness goes away after 10 mins and hence the pouches last longer than other brands that are more moist.

Helps me sleep!?
I have used other brands in the past, but they were unpleasant feeling and 'meh' tasting. Then I came across Muse with flavours like Cola Ice and Strawberry Raspberry Cherry, and WOW they taste good. There's no unpleasantness, just pure flavour that releases slowly which I love. A side effect of the 6mg is that it makes me sleepy in the evening, after years of fighting with insomnia I finally found something to help me sleep... I thought nicotine was a stimulant but apparently it's a sedative at low doses! Muse is great and I'll definitely buy more.

I haven't tried my other flavours I ordered yet but based on the kiwi passionfruit and guava 12mg I am really happy with the pouches and the flavour is very strong and long lasting.
