The best I have tried
The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the slightly high postage costs. Everything else is spot on. After trying several other brands, muse is my favourite.

Subtle and Smooth (MUSE)
First tried Snus whilst living in Sweden, I felt the Swedish brands were very strong however, since trying muse flavours i feel they are subtle and ideal and the best part it's a UK brand making it more accessible.

Not too strong and very dry
I'm sure it is a great product for the right consumer. It just didn't feel strong enough for me as a more regular user. 18mg strength didn't hit like the 18mg of other brands.
The pouches are bone dry. Muse suggests on the box to moisten these with spit, not sure if it is the right thing to do.

We’re sorry to hear that the 18mg strength didn’t feel as strong for you compared to other brands. Every pouch is designed a little differently, and with Muse we use a long-lasting dry format that provides a gradual release of flavour and nicotine. We understand this may feel less immediate for some users, especially those used to wetter pouches.
Just to clarify, our usage guidance (as printed on our tubs and available on our website - https://musepouches.co.uk/pages/how-to-use-muse-nicotine-pouches) states:
"Tuck one pouch between your upper lip and gum. No chewing or swallowing needed. Muse uses a long-lasting dry pouch. Unlike wet pouches, it takes a few minutes to activate. Flavour and nicotine build gradually and can last up to 60 minutes.
(*side note* If you are looking for a faster kick to flavour and nicotine, gently roll the pouch with your tongue to moisten it and speed up flavour and nicotine release.)
Once it’s activated, enjoy the pouch for up to an hour. Once you're done using the pouch, make sure to dispose of it properly. You can either throw it into a bin or place it securely in the storage compartment on top of the can."
At no point do we use words such as “spit” in our branding, labels, website, or communications — and we’d like to reassure you that our intention is always to keep our guidance clear and respectful.

The flavour of these pouches are so much nicer than any others I have tried! Also despite having much higher strengths available, they don’t hurt like other pouches too, there’s still a nice tingle but it isn’t a severe burn like I’ve found with other pouches. 100% will be switching to Muse!

Wanted to give up vaping
Wanted to give up vaping, I have tried other methods which didn’t work for me. Never heard of muse or pouches before but thought I’d give it a go. Really impressed! Purchased 4 different flavours and they are all lovely and last a long time. These have really helped me stop vaping, on occasion I think I need a puff, more habit than anything else, no real cravings at all. Some reviews say they are expensive but I disagree as vaping can be expensive, the delivery was fast and efficient, at last I’ve found a way to stop! Thank you Muse 🤩
