We live near the office so chose to go to the office rather than on zoom, which they accommodated and were very welcoming.
Very professional and complete service and we would completely recommend this company. Gave us good advice for both our will’s and LPA’s. Also good value for money, compared to using a solicitor.

I was sorting on behalf of my elderly…
I was sorting on behalf of my elderly parent, quite happy to deal with me and take payment. Heard absolutely nothing for months so I contacted them and received an extremely rude reply. Would not use them again and wished I read previous reviews before I did, very unprofessional considering their business.....
If it's the case you are not allowed to speak to me, this most certainly wasnt the case when I provided all initial information and you took payment. You only have my email address as my 90yr old Dad hasn't got access to one and not once have you provided an update to the situation or advised if the matter is complete so when I have to contact you, I wouldn't expect such a rude response!!!! Had i received updates, this would have been unnecessary.....as stated, my Dad will ring tomorrow and I shall be looking into reimbursement.

Responding to my review with totally…
Responding to my review with totally INCORRECT points, firstly I did NOT say the appointment offered was not convenient (time and day wise it would have been perfect. MWQ's third party ukim is exactly that a third party, NOT someone i have a contractual obligation with, if MWQ want to use a third party that is up to them but they must legally take responsibility for the lack of work. Since all this messing around I finally received a promise of a refund but that still hasn't materialised, they are quick to take your money, don't do anything and expect customers to put up with it. USE ANY OTHER FIRM. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Started a very difficult process with what felt like the best support. If you ever find yourself in a position where you have to apply to the court of protection for deputy ship. It will be hard pushed to find a better service or better price. We felt way more supported than any solicitor could do.

This Company is very deceitful and kept my money for 2 months despite doing no work. Had to have Visa disputes involved and also The Society of Will Writers.
Beware before parting with any money. Do your research

You have received a full refund. We confirmed this to you directly on multiple occasions, each time with documented evidence. The issue unfortunately lay with your own bank. You have declined to include this in your review and have still not informed us that monies have been traced and received.
So we find ourselves in the unusual position of responding to a negative review that is, at its heart, a complaint about getting your money back.
We're genuinely pleased the refund reached you. We just wish that outcome felt like the resolution it clearly is. We understand you may have hoped Visa or the SWW would take a different view of matters. They reviewed the facts and evidence available and reached their conclusions independently. We respect those processes, and we're comfortable with the results they produced.

Good once they spelt my name correctly
Once my name was spelt correctly and another basic error was corrected things improved. It was a slow process to completion as one niece was being very difficult and in the end was removed as a potential trustee. So in the end it was a positive experience.
