Disappointing delivery experience
Neither My Babiie nor their courier sent any email updates or text notifications about my car seat delivery. I had no idea delivery was being attempted until I manually checked the tracking link and saw two missed attempts on the 5th and 6th. Very poor communication and logistics—please improve your notification system!

I used the MB160 and later pre-ordered MB160 plus…
I used MB160 earlier and later pre-ordered MB160 plus. I highly recommend it for anyone. Very light, space for baby water-bottle and pocket for where to keep wipes and what have you. The down carriage is also great. Delivery was equally nice. Highly recommended

Outstanding customer service
I dealt with Mike from the customer service team via email. I ordered the stroller because a relative had previously purchased the same one, so I knew what to expect. Although I have not yet received the stroller due to unforeseen delivery issues, Mike has been extremely helpful in getting everything sorted out. He was prompt in responding to my queries and kept me updated throughout the process.
I look forward to receiving the stroller soon. Based on the excellent customer service I have received so far, I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to purchase their products again.

The wheels on my buggy would constantly pop off and even when crossing a road! Honestly so dangerous! Thank god the buggy I had was discontinued and recalled (bought from Argos) so I did get my money back. My child actually got injured from the pram tipping as both back wheels popped off at the same time. I never ever got an apology from my babiie and the customer service was shocking. Argos however were very apologetic and understanding. Awful experience

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re incredibly sorry to hear what happened with your pushchair and, most importantly, that your child was injured when it tipped. We can completely understand how frightening and upsetting an experience like that would have been, and we’re glad to hear the pushchair was returned and that Argos provided you with a full refund.
We do want to offer some reassurance regarding the safety of our products. All My Babiie products are rigorously tested and designed to meet or exceed the required European safety standards, and the concerns you’ve described are certainly not what we would expect from one of our pushchairs.
We’d also like to clarify one detail from your review, simply to avoid any misunderstanding. Our pushchairs have not been subject to a product recall. The model you purchased may have subsequently been discontinued, but a discontinued product is not the same as a recalled product.
We’re also very sorry that you feel you never received an apology or support from My Babiie. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to identify you or locate any previous correspondence relating to this incident from the information available to us through Trustpilot. As the pushchair was purchased and returned through Argos, it may be that the matter was dealt with directly by the retailer and therefore never reached our team.
We would really like the opportunity to understand exactly what happened and ensure the details are properly recorded and reviewed internally. Our Escalations Team can then speak with you directly and look into the circumstances surrounding your experience.

The pram I bought is beautiful there is…
The pram I bought is beautiful there is no denying that but prams shouldn’t be aesthetically pleasing ONLY.
I bought my babiie pram last year for my one year old son who is below average for his size. When my pram arrived the wheel had a dent in it, and when pushing the pram it felt awful and unsafe. I emailed my babiie and they provided me a new set of wheels for free - though it felt like they was trying to blame the issue on the size of my son!
Fitted the new wheels and low behold just 4 months later the back wheel tyres were popping off the wheels everytime having to stop the pram and put the wheels back in place. I chucked the pram in a cupboard and used a different brand.
Just ordered myself ANOTHER pair of wheels to attach to the my babiie and to be honest I’m not holding out hope!
I would of emailed my babiie with the issue once again but given how they tried to make it feel like my son was the problem the first time I just avoided it, which shouldn’t be the case because my pram is STILL under a years warranty until October!
My babiie has been the worst pram I have ever had, I’ve had four baby’s and I can honestly say these ones are purely built for the aesthetic looks and not suitability at all. I’m really angry.

However, asking for a child’s age, height and weight is a standard part of our investigation process when a pushchair issue is reported. All pushchairs have specified weight and usage limits, so we need this information to help establish what may have caused an issue.
