Paid £19.99 for a bundle of checks
Paid £19.99 for a bundle of checks - never received on my account. Contacted via the we numerous times, but to date no response. Will remove negative feedback when I get what I paid for
Update - upgrade to 3 star.
Finally received the credits. A lot of hassle trying to communicate as no phone number or email listed making it very difficult to make contact. No explanation as to why the credits did not get credited to my account in the first instance. I will use the credits and probably look around for an alternative provider that I can make “easy” contact with in the event of issue

Paid for a check - money has been taken - no car check. Contacted them several times, but you can only do so through their website, there is no email/address to write to. They have continuously ignored me and not responded to just taking the money.

Absolute shit wouldn’t touch these with a barge pole , there hpi data obviously isn’t upto date after using these to do a premium check on a car which came back clear and to find out 4months later that the car I bought was stolen/recovered 2yrs ago , what’s the point of these shit hpi companies? 🤬🤬🤬 you paid the refund 🤣 your supposed to cover people like myself not to buy cars that have history! Other reputable hpi companies I’ve spoken to say that you probably have paid for updates / or subscriptions , that’s why it didn’t show up this incident happened in 2023 , it’s not like a week ago ,!! Stay away people ,

• On the day the check was run, none of the official data sources (DVLA, Police National Database, MIAFTR stolen register, or the insurance write-off register) showed any adverse history on the vehicle. If the vehicle was not tagged as stolen/recovered then we cannot report that unfortunately.
• Before you left this review you contacted us to express disappointment and we refunded you 100% of the cost, instantly and without question.

Said there was outstanding finance on a car I wanted to buy. 3 phone calls and 2 further HPI checks later, there wasn't any outstanding finance. Don't see the point using them if the info isn't correct.

If your report incorrectly showed outstanding finance, this information was being reported by the finance house itself. We are an independent service, and our checks reveal the data currently held against the vehicle.
We understand that finance houses can sometimes be slow to update their records.
