AVOID ! Paid the requiired fee by text and all I got was a valuation. NOTHING ELSE. Contacting them again by premium charge texts was extra expense and was a complete waste of time. AVOID THIS COMPANY !

Made a two hour slot appointment for vehicle inspection of a prospective purchase. A mechanic turned up on time and completed the inspection. Full report showing red and amber faults. The mechanic rang to chat about it too. Renegotiated with the seller. Happy days!

Do not use this company as they give you incorrect details brought a car which came back. HPI clear to find out two months later it had outstanding finance and stolen When you tried to contact them they do not get back in touch with you. There is no contact phone number and nobody to speak to absolute SCAM

Do not use them…the company is rubbish.. paid for a check before buying the car snd came back as not written off.. discovering a few months later the car is cat s.. reported the company to the police and a lawyer will be in touch with them soon.. shutdown this sh**t company 🤬🤬🤬🤬

DON'T BOTHER. The information provided was incorrect and a complete waste of money. I've seen the other reviews and blocked MyCarCheck from taking any more money.

Please, don't bother. I will be reporting this a fraudulent as soon as I've finished this review.

Paid £25 to get credits to check the history of the vehicle I want to buy but I cannot use the credits it just keeps telling me to buy more. Basically just completely ripped me off - 100% a scam. If anyone knows their customer service email please send it (although I doubtful they even have one). Avoid at all costs

I done a full check in Dec 2021 car showed no finance .so I purchased the car for £5000 .sold it 2 weeks later car has been repossessed in july 22 by the finance company .I done another check with them still showing no finance.this company takes your monies and does not have the updated data.they tell me they donot guarantee the data they supply.i have paid for thier service .I will take them to court.please donot use this company.i now need to pay the person who bought the car from me I'm now out of pocket £5000.

Waste of money. Didn’t tell me anything free sites couldn’t tell me. Was hoping to see mot history but it shows nothing other than what I already knew. Wouldn’t recommend and will never use again.

Don't check cars on this site it said this car was clear I go on vcar and low and behold it's a write off atrocious says green no record of write off but on vcar there's pictures of it smashed up at co part

Absolute scam beware!!

Rubbish ! Data cannot be trusted. Told me there was outstanding finance on a vehicle I was looking to buy. Finance company confirmed it had been removed on 4th November 2021, so data is 2 months out of date. They told me Experian and HPI shows this. Will be using them next time!

It doesn't work! I did a test with my car which has a finance and the report says "No outstanding finance found". HPI works correctly...

Lost car sale because of them my car come up as outstanding finance after checked on HPI showed clean but the buyer was already scared. Please Do Not Use then go straight to HPI they r the best

I used My Car Check via mobile on many, many occasions now. On an odd occasions I would not get the full information pack. This was annoying. The last FIVE checks were missing 50% - 100% of the data but I was still charged the full price! Car buyers BEWARE!!!!

As a senior citizen, I really appreciated the fantastic service provided at mycar Clyde. It was a flashback to the good old days. Lachie and Henry were extremely helpful, happy to help, knowledgeable and quick and efficient. Return customer for life!
