Great product, good communications

We are really pleased with bunk bed with the trundle we ordered. Really good value for money and easy to put together.
The team were really helpful in getting them to us within a couple of days as we needed them urgently.
Would definitely recommend them

Very good quality beds, boys absolutely love them. Good storage underneath. Highly recommend this company, they have every colour and design possible to imagine.

We are very happy with the quality of our child’s new ottoman storage bed from My Child’s Room. The team were excellent in sending fabric samples for us to choose from and help speed up our decision making process, and the quality and finish of the final bed is exceptional. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is that communication around the dispatch and delivery of the bed was hit and miss, with us having to chase on several occasions to get clarity on when it could be expected. However, there are zero complaints from us (or our little sleeper) on the final bed itself.

When the bed is ordered on 1st July for my daughters 5th birthday was delayed, the owner called me to apologise, gave me a full refund and offered me the bed free of charge. Great guy!

We ordered a double ottoman bed with matress. It's just what we wanted, it seems very well made, good quality and looks great. Very impressed for the price. There is plenty of storage space underneath too.

Only gave 4 stars as the delivery communication wasn't great. We had a late night phone call (10.40pm) and had to have a 6am delivery at short notice! We did however received an apology for this.

The bed was delivered on time and was pretty.

We were looking for a ‘big girl’ bed, with added storage and very specific measurements as we are limited on space in a two bed flat. We found this lovely bed with lots of great fabric options that was a perfect fit. With delivery, the wait was slightly longer than anticipated but it was well worth it in the end- the delivery guys were great, the bed is well made, the storage section has a wooden bottom so your items aren't just on the floor. Customer service has been fab and it was very easy to get a response on any queries along the way. Would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Brought a ottoman single bed for my daughter in oatmeal new fabric like teddy fur. Very good service. Was quick to put together. Only had to put legs and headboard on. The email service was quick to reply. Daughter loves the better. 10/10 on whole experience. Will be recommending others. Thank you!

The delivery of the bed was a little later than I expected, however I got in contact with them and their communication was excellent! The bed was already assembled which was amazing, we just had to attach the headboard. The bed is beautiful and my daughter loves it! Would definitely recommend ‘my child’s room’ for anyone looking for a bed.

I ordered an ottoman bed in February, the first issue was that I was told (post sale) that I would have to pay a postcode surcharge for delivery. This was not added before I checked out, my order confirmation showed free delivery - so that was extremely annoying.
2 MONTHS LATER I still had not received said bed nor had I had any response to my communications as to when it might be coming. I wrote my initial (negative) review on TrustPilot and was VERY promptly contacted by the owner with lots of assurances this was not a normal occurrence and it would be dealt with immediately. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, removed my review, and was promised free upgrades of removal of delivery surcharge, delivery to the room, assembly and a partial refund. The bed finally did come but the delivery chap left it in my hallway, leaving us to manoeuvre it to the required room and fit the headboard ourselves. I complained to the company, again, and was told that the courier was at fault and that I would be further reimbursed for the inconvenience. Having gone back and forth with the company for another month and a half I am still not in receipt of either of the refunds aforementioned. I am entirely bored of the whole frustrating thing. I would avoid using this company in the future for sure, not worth the hassle over 4 months just to get a bed.

Once again prompt response from the company having submitted THIS review...
FINALLY the refunded payment has been received after going to and fro for far too long. Glad it's done now as that was a stupid amount of unnecessary stress that could've been entirely avoidable.

Fantastic company, fantastic beds. I can’t recommend these guys enough. The delivery driver was also very friendly and helpful. 5 stars from us.

Very good communication, good delivery!

Took just over a month to be delivered so do not be alarmed by the timing as I was. The men were very helpful and one in particular helped me put the bed together hours after it was delivered through the phone. That eased my worries as he gave me step by step directions. The bed is amazing, quality is great as I’ve had it for a couple weeks now. Would recommend to any one of any age as I myself am not a child.
