Excellent bed, great communication by both email and phone!
I was due to have my bed delivered and realised I ordered the wrong size, they were on hand straight away to talk with me and rectify my mistake, they got the other size bed sent out in the exact same time which I was over the moon about!

The team at Childsroom were brilliant. They were easy to communicate with. I bought a single ottoman's style bed with mattress. The price was very good and so was the quality of the bed. Delivery was within 10 days of ordering.

Really pleased with the overall service I received. Email communication good and answered any queries.
Bed took around 3 weeks to arrive and is good quality with a lovely plush velvet finish. Orthopaedic mattress is also of a high quality and very comfy.
Delivery was on a Saturday and driver was brilliant kept me well informed of timings etc and could not have been more helpful when he arrived.
Highly recommend.

I bought the Chesterfield Buttoned Fabric Upholstered storage ottoman. The design is beautiful and it is the perfect fit for my boys bedroom.

Everything from the start to finish has been amazing with this company. I am over the moon with my little girls bed, it looks amazing, is good quality and was a very reasonable price. They even messaged me after the delivery to make sure everything was okay! I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend!

Bought the Chesterfield Buttoned Fabric Upholstered Low Headboard with Kids Ottoman Storage Bed Base, was very pleased when it arrived. It took about 4 weeks to arrive which is fantastic as it’s all made to order I believe. Quality of build was high, and the fabric looks beautiful in person (pink).
Daughter really loves her new bed and we couldn’t recommend them enough!

From the minute I ordered communication was amazing, never ignored any of my messages always chased up delivery to see when it was coming and kept in contact with me.
Bed came fully assembled which saved me a huge job so was thankful for that.
Delivery man was very polite and helpful.
My little girl is made up with this bed the quality is better than I’ve ever had and she’s loads storage for toys underneath.

Received a single ottoman bed for my 3yr old. It came already assembled, you just fit the legs and headboard. Very good quality wood and material. Ottoman function very powerful. Comfy mattress. Arrived around 3 weeks after purchase but made to order. Delivery men very helpful. Would highly recommend.
