The worst company ever
The worst company ever. Keep the monthly payment up to date then sadly my partner lost his job and the income was reduced.
I reached out to them via email to propose a payment plan for 2 months and thereafter increase it to normal rates. They simply ignored all my emails and then started sending warning emails such as passing the arreass to debt collection etc. Please avoid this company!

The constant communication on upcoming payment or any others changes. also the Application process was pretty strait forward,

Need to speed up the process and outline the information they need from the start.
It was easy to get the offer but they kept on asking for different information which they should have asked from the beginning rather than just do one step then ask for another step which took some time to finalise everything. They should be straightforward and ask for the following things first or show that these things are required before they can process the application.
