Easy to apply and get a loan with this company and they offer great intrest rates this is about all the good things.. I had some issues when I would not able to make a payment and I try to ask for a little delay on my payments and they refused to help customer service guy was almost fall asleep as we speak on the phone and he was not helpful at all just told me I have no choice I have to make a payment or they default my account and send it to collection no waiting time no support and almost hang the phone upp on me.. they told me I never reached out when I have proof of it I was and I try many times they just ignored me.
Avoid this company at all cost! they will not support you if you have any issue.

Took out a loan in May 2025. Everything seemed fine at first but it gets to April 2026, firstly the customer portal stopped working, and I make an additional payment on my loan on the same day my normal direct debit was taken, which i have done every month without issue (as per my contract, which states additional payments must be made on the same day as the direct debit so it comes off the principle rather than going towards the next month's payment) and low and behold its not been applied correctly and has cancelled Mays direct debit. I phoned on 20th April and was asked to send proof that I made the payment the same day, which I did. Was told a response would take 2 days. Im still waiting.
I phoned on the 27th April and was told this would amended. It wasnt.
I phone again today and am told I haven't made additional payments and that was my normal direct debit. It wasnt.
No one here seems to have a clue what theyre doing. Will be reporting to the ombudsman and am closing the loan immediately as I do not trust this company any more.

Avoid this company. They do NOT report legally correct or accurate information to credit reference agencies.

My bond matured 5 days ago and despite chasing it every day they are still holding my funds and they won't talk to me...only to say they'll look at my complaint within 14 days. I can only assume they don't have the funds to pay me back. It's not even a 6 figure sum. I would not be giving them any money.

Truly awful customer service.
My account should be in credit but conveniently they ‘can’t find’ the direct debit payment after noticing it would ring the account into credit.

2 weeks have now passed with nothing being done, because they have misallocated funds and don’t want to put my account in credit.

When I spoke to them a week ago the excuse was the direct debit hadn’t cleared yet, now apparently it’s gone missing! No you misallocated payments and your system had no where to put it and you don’t want the account going into credit so you have to refund me, gross service, everyone experiencing stuff like this go to the ombudsman and eventually this scummy behaviour will cost them more and more money

Don't be fooled. If you experience any financial difficulties this company will quickly sell your loan to vampiric loan collectors. Don't think because of your honesty you will be spared. This company is morally bankrupt.
