Don't be fooled. If you experience any financial difficulties this company will quickly sell your loan to vampiric loan collectors. Don't think because of your honesty you will be spared. This company is morally bankrupt.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I am unable to reach them AFTER SEVEN EMAILS in the course of ten days, am on hold on the phone. I have funds that matured two weeks ago that I need access to and simply no reply, and no way to get through to them on the phone. I will be writing to the FCA now. These people are thieves--very immediately helpful if they can make money off you (e.g. Loans will answer the phone immediately) but try recovering your savings and see how long you have to wait for a reply to your emails or phone answered. (Hint: never)
