System wiped my booking information
I cannot complete my family registration because this website keeps crashing and logging me out. I am stuck midway through checking in for three people—the third passenger cannot be registered, and I cannot print our luggage tags. Now the portal claims I have "no bookings found." This is an unacceptable IT failure. Customer service needs to look into this immediately and resolve our check-in.

I am very pleased with any bookings I have made with this company. My wife and I plan to do two cruises a year going forward and we will be doing our second in August this year after completing one at Easter past. We have two booked for next year also and I find their prices very good and Ryan has been a great help.

My Kind of Cruise are Fantastic
I find it so easy booking a cruise with My Kind of Cruise, the website is very user friendly and easy to use.
I’ve now booked 4 cruises with them, they’re very responsive to emails and communication and there when you need them.
This time Ryan from My Kind of Cruise managed to give me a discount on the original price of the cruise, Ryan was very patient with me as I changed my mind on the cruise I wanted to book many times, he always responded with a quote very quickly and without any fuss.
I recommend My Kind of Cruise to all my friends.

Really happy with price however the app is supper glitchy constantly dropping out and reverting back to dollars so had to re start a few times
It could be better by letting you add blue light card number for OBC and also didn't add extra OBC offer from P&0 if I booked using my account number before the 30 June 2026 I got and extra £100

Great Price and Customer Service
I made an initial enquiry about booking a cruise and I was met with great customer service which was both friendly and informative. The prices were much cheaper than anywhere else I had looked for the particular cruise I was interested in. The advisor I spoke to by both telephone and email, Teodora Todorova, was such a great help and was lovely. I ended up booking nearly straight away and the booking went through very quickly and I was able to view my cruise a couple of hours later.
