Love the door knobs! They blend well with the copper hardware for our new kitchen cabinets (got those from My Knobs as well.) Nice doing business with your company and the items we purchased are well made and good quality. Delivery was pretty quick too, considering the current shipping problems in the country. First off, the handles I ordered look great and are good quality, comparable to other handles 2-3x the price.
However, the experience has been so bad I wish I had just paid twice as much and gone somewhere else. Of the 28 handles I ordered, 7 arrived damaged, so either the QC is bad or their packing method is.
The customer service has been terrible. They don't communicate back, so if you send them an email or request a call, you'll never hear anything back unless you call them and ask what's going on.

These are over the top quality pulls. Very stylish and easy to grip.

Don't waste your time, go elsewhere. Ordered arrived incorrect, attempted to rectify the issue by calling and emailing, even created a "ticket" on their site, no response for 5 days! Went else where for the correct parts and will never buy from them again. Beware

Sold me product that they didn't have, and kept lying about the product shipping in a couple of days. Customer service wait was awful. Don't buy from these guys.

Warning! Myknobs.com uses deceptive sales practices. They sell shoddy, cheaply-painted knobs as "polished brass." They refuse to send a pre-paid return label and will not accept returns via USPS, only UPS or FedEx, to discourage legitimate returns.

Ordered to door handles and they sent me the wrong model, the same day I received asked for a return, 7 days later issued an RMA and asked me to pay return for their mistake. Call them and they said will send me the return label shortly, never happed. Call them again 2 days later the same story ...

HORRENDOUS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON PLANET EARTH. SERIOUSLY.

I began the process 2 weeks ago of advising the company that one of the items need to be returned. I have now for over a week been waiting to receive return authorization which I have not as of yet. I just hope this is not a scam!

Received within a couple weeks. Quality is amazing. The handles are very heavy and the brushes brass looks very nice. We haven’t installed them yet but expect they will add and elegant clean look. I called Customer service once before placing the order in which the service rep was very polite, answered each question I had and never rushed me to get off the call.

Great selection and fast delivery. Will purchase again from this company.

When doing an upstairs remodel, I decided to match the cabinet hardware to the 1st floor cabinets. Thanks to MyKnobs, the cabinet hardware company was listed, and so MyKnobs made the purchase smooth and easy.

Love my beach condo laundry room cabinet knobs as Maryland blue crab but in pewter. I get positive feedback constantly. I’ve used starfish & sea shells & seahorses in bath room on vanity drawer pulls. Thank you for your quality products

I did a return to MyKnobs and they do not give you back your money. They tell you for weeks the email is coming but you never get. So your credit card company ends up getting your $$ back. Be careful of this company. Run to another one.

I purchased a Baldwin product from MyKnobs 6 weeks ago – when I finally received my purchase, the finish on the keyless entry device didn’t match my current entry set, so I tried to return it. I tried calling them almost every day for a week with out success. I finally started emailing them, numerous times, asking for their details so I could return my Baldwin Keyless entry device. I’ve received no response.
It been a very frustrating experience and I’m out $350!
