Took my 2 brothers who are visiting from Australia again to the restaurant. They loved it so much I had to take them again. The food is delicious, our waiter Saif was brilliant, explained how spicy the food would be. His service and polite manner was exceptional. Hope we get chance to visit again before they go back home.

We ate today at the Blackburn restaurant.
firstly we were looked after by Saif. The overall service he provided was excellent, very attentive and polite.
We had our tea midweek. I would describe it as casual dining, the food was really very good from a well thought out menu.

I’ve been coming to MyLahore for the last 20 years, and it’s genuinely impressive how consistently they’ve maintained their standards.

I visited again today and was served by Thair, who was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, attentive and professional.

Over the years, the standard of the service has never dropped, and neither has the quality or quantity of the food. Today was no exception—the food was absolutely on point.

It’s not easy for a restaurant to deliver this level of consistency year after year. You can clearly see the hard work that goes on behind the scenes, from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave.

Very happy once again. Well done to Thair and the whole MyLahore team—keep up the fantastic work!

What a joke of a service and quality was amazingly poor at the Manchester branch on Wilmslow Road. Serving mutton and selling it as Lamb and charging price for lamb, must be taking the customers for morons. Excuse from management that items pre-packaged at a distribution centre. Burgers were burnt and chips were tasteless and possibly the cheapest on the market. Out to celebrate an event, but were left extremely disappointed and paid a hefty £135 (circa) for a terrible experience. Avoid this place and not going back.

Exceptional kitchen. Unsteady floor.

We engaged MyLahore to cater our daughter’s wedding at Tatton Park — an outdoor Nikah in the afternoon followed by an indoor reception that evening. One hundred and eighty‑five guests; a manageable number by any standard.

The evening began with canapés, and it was there that our confidence first faltered. Food trays were emptied within moments of appearing and then vanished for ten to fifteen minutes at a time. Guests stood waiting, empty plates in hand, in that polite silence people adopt when they do not wish to complain. The dynamite prawns — chosen deliberately and ordered specifically — reached only a fraction of the guests. The bride and groom, waiting in their suites, received none at all. Only some chat was sent up, but no prawns made it. Very disappointing.

To manage the chaos, we found ourselves on the floor, directing servers, redirecting trays, and doing the work of coordination in our own formal wear. The serving team seemed to be taking instructions from one another, each looking sideways rather than upward, and several appeared genuinely unsettled. That is not a failure of junior staff; people can only work to the direction they are given, and none was visible. Our named coordinator appeared and then did not return. We understand there were other events that night. We were left to draw our own conclusions about where our event sat in the order of priority.

Now, the other side of the ledger — and it is significant.

The food was excellent. Not merely good — excellent. Guests commented on it repeatedly and without prompting, both during the dinner and afterwards. Whoever was in the kitchen that evening was doing their work with skill and pride. Dinner service settled into something acceptable, and the team carried the evening through to its close without further incident. By that stage we were watching every course, because trust lost early in an evening is not easily restored, and we could not know whether the recovery would hold. It did hold.

2-stars, then — and the absence of the other 3 is intentional. 1.5 withheld for an opening that should never have unfolded as it did. 1.5 withheld for the conspicuous absence of anyone visibly in charge of a room full of people who plainly needed direction.

The kitchen deserves better representation than the floor provided. Whether that gap is addressed is a matter for management. Future wedding reception clients booking on the strength of the food alone should know that the two halves of this operation are not currently performing at the same level. In our next event, we will not engage MyLahore.

I went with my family and I got to admit food was way better than I expected and the customer service was exceptional by the manager SHAF, very accommodating made us feel very welcome and was the opposite of dismissive, thank you we will definitely be returning soon thank you to the team and especially the manager shaf whom went above and beyond

Lovely meal and super service from Amber!

Adeel provided outstanding service from the moment we arrived. He was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our meal, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. He gave great recommendations from the menu, and his professionalism really enhanced our dining experience.

The food was delicious, served fresh and beautifully presented, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting. Thanks to Adeel’s excellent customer service, we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend both the restaurant and Adeel for making our visit so enjoyable!🫶🏾

Paid £16 for 1 kg of butter chicken curry was very dry came in small container wasn’t even half a kg there my lasagna was like rubber definitely warmed up wasn’t made on the day paid £3.99 for chips came in a very small tub very disappointing won’t be ordering from there again

I recently visited Lahore in Leeds and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being friendly, welcoming, and very attentive throughout my visit. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and were happy to help with any questions.

The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and clearly prepared with care. Every dish was fresh, well-presented, and had a great balance of spices. The atmosphere was enjoyable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Overall, Lahore in Leeds provided a brilliant combination of high-quality food and outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

A brilliant experience - with a shoutout to Shagil our waiter who was so helpful and just lovely! He even helped us out by finding us a phone charger so we could access our tickets for our train home! Also the food is so delicious and the whole vibe of the place is warm and friendly. Would totally recommend.

This was our first time at MyLahore, and honestly, it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing, and the range and quality of the vegan options were really impressive.

A massive shoutout to our server, Ali. He realised it was our first visit and took the time to explain how everything worked and pointed out options we might find interesting. He was incredibly attentive and polite the whole night. He even sorted out a custom request to have the onions taken out of Hannah's salad without any fuss at all.

It’s rare to get service where someone genuinely goes the extra mile like that. It made for a brilliant first impression, and we will definitely be going back.

Had a fantastic meal with lovely service and lovely waitress IQRA she was outstanding helpful knowledgeable polite friendly attentive everything you could want in a waitress!!

Almas was brillant with giving advise and had good knowledge of the menu including the fresh desserts thank you Almas excellent quality service from friendly staff

Came in as a group of 5 was seated quickly snd food was ordered and served in a quick manner. Tahir had served us and was quick and elegant with every task given to him. Would highly recommend and will be back soon.

The food was disappointing, Lamb curry was very dry, quality of the lamb, was very chewy, actually tasted more like sheep. This My Lahore branch on Edgeware Road, was pricey and even charged 12.5% service charge on top of bill. I requested to have this taken off.

We always pay a visit to MyLahore, Bradford, when attending the theatre there and this visit was no different.Excellent attentive and welcoming service from Shaf and the team on what was a very busy Saturday.We waited no more than 10 minutes for our table and the food was exceptional!The menu has been extended with even more delicious dishes with so much variety to suit all tastes and the prices remain the most competitive, particularly when you consider the quality of meals produced.We cannot recommend enough and look forwards to our next visit already!

Jessica is always cheerful and has truly exceptional customer service skills. She affectionately and respectfully calls my best friend “Mama,” which always makes us smile and adds a personal touch to our visits. She makes every experience at MyLahore Bradford memorable with her warm, infectious personality—we absolutely adore her!
Ali and Sami consistently provide outstanding service. Meals are perfectly timed, and they are always attentive, especially in keeping a watchful and caring eye on our autistic son. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the team; they are genuinely helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful. The food is always served piping hot, and they regularly check in to make sure everything is perfect.
It’s always a pleasure to visit MyLahore Bradford—the atmosphere is buzzing, and the staff go out of their way to seat my family comfortably, often arranging a booth for us. We travel from afar and are always made to feel truly looked after.
The butter chicken is absolutely sublime, and the avocado and salmon vegetable dish is top-notch. The food is consistently high quality, which is why we keep coming back for more. Jessica truly deserves 5 stars, and without a doubt, this is the best place to eat in Bradford by far. It’s worth every penny travelling from Manchester!

MyLahore has something for everyone. The Blackburn restaurant benefits from car parking and a convenient location just off the roundabout.
The restaurant is very spacious and all areas are very clean.
The service is absolutely impeccable and the food gets served within a reasonable amount of time and is extremely hot and fresh. Abdi in particular is a fantastic ambassador of the company. He always looks after us and is ultra professional, respectful and knowledgeable about the menu items.

We came to MyLahore Blackburn today as a group of 17 , my first time eating here … wow the food was amazing .
We ordered on the day from the menu so lots of orders and when the food arrived not one mistake .. the service was outstanding.
The food was delicious, the service of the staff was outstanding the aesthetics of the restaurant was beautiful and clean.
Would highly recommend visiting in small groups or large there was no long waits was perfect day .
The menu had a wide variety of dishes , something for everyone and the portion sizes were perfect.
