From our initial contact with the Heart of England Co-Op to organise the funeral of my mother through to the actual service itself, everything ran so smoothly. Funerals can be a difficult time but from our first meeting with Karen everything was explained and arranged perfectly. Our Celebrant was Tracie Bloor who was excellent. She met us at home to plan what we wanted to include during the service. Always available and contactable leading up to the day, Tracie then took the service from start to finish with a professional and sympathetic calmness ensuring everything went so well. A perfect send off, thank you !

Have used the service twice in the last year as both our parents died. Service has been excellent and really cannot praise staff and the attention to detail too highly.

Very helpful staff, professional service and nice atmosphere when initial interview. Seems to know what they are doing, (not their first funeral i'm sure.) Funeral itself went perfectly, my old mum would have been very happy. Woollen coffin was unusual but perfect for a prolific knitter in her day.
From our first phone call to our Mums service, your team have been nothing but amazing!
I had my reservations of using a "chain". Its the most intimate process and we wanted our Mum to be treated the way we loved her, like our Queen!
Then we met Jordan!
Jordan! Simply Jordan! He listened , he understood, he made us feel so much lighter! Nothing was too much! His communication throughout the whole awful process was simply outstanding!
At the worst time of our lives he made us feel like he was there to look after us!!
You cannot train that! His personality was delicious!
He made us feel like we where the only ones he was concerned about and cared about the care of our Mum from the minute she arrived with HOE.
I honestly believe he is an absolute asset to HOE. This cannot be an easy job, but wow! Jordan, Thank you just doesn't seem enough!
From start to finish, the service we received was perfect. The two members of staff who collected Mother from home treated her with dignity and our family with a high degree of empathy and professionalism. Carolyn at the office helped us organise the service and offered advice, again with great sympathy and professionalism. Emma, the director, called me the day before to ensure our wishes had been met and was helpful and professional on the day of the funeral. All in all, everyone at Heart of England was a credit to the company and made the day a comforting experience.
Losing our mam was one of the hardest things our family has ever been through, but from the very first moment, Jordan treated us with such kindness, compassion, and dignity. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he guided us through every step with genuine care and understanding.
One of the moments we will never forget was when myself and my sister visited our mam in the funeral home to do her hair and makeup. Jordan stayed with us the whole time, playing music softly in the background and creating such a calm and comforting atmosphere. He knew when we needed a moment, took us outside for breaks when things became overwhelming, and helped us through one of the toughest experiences of our lives with such patience and understanding.
He looked after our mam beautifully and gave our family so much comfort during such a painful time. His professionalism was outstanding, but it was his warmth, kindness, and humanity that truly made the difference. He made us feel supported, listened to, and cared for when we needed it most.
We will always be grateful for everything Jordan did for our mam and for our whole family. Through such heartbreaking circumstances, we truly feel we have made a friend in Jordan, and that means more than words can say. We are forever grateful for his care, support, and compassion, and we honestly cannot thank him enough. I would recommend him to anyone needing someone truly exceptional at such a difficult time.

Massive kudos and thanks to Jordan Shilton (from the Rugby office) who arranged my dad's funeral in Rugby. He handled everything with empathy, discretion, compassion, and patience, without ever feeling rushed. He was extremely responsive across all forms of communication, often going the extra mile by anticipating questions and challenges. Thank you, Jordan, you made a challenging time much more palatable for us all.

Such compassion from all of the team from the moment I stepped through the door to the end of the service, I felt looked after which was so appreciated as it was such a hard time. Everyone was just so kind and extremely helpful, I felt guided and supported through the whole process. The funeral was faultless, ran smoothly and was a fitting tribute. Can’t thank the team enough.

My most inspiring moment is how the funeral director behaves when close to the corpse. That is the highest form of respect I have ever seen given to a corpse
