Recommendation came from a friend. Staff at branch were very welcoming, appointment to set up plan arranged within a week, everything was explained fully and I was happy to go ahead.

It was polite and friendly
It was polite and friendly along with being informative. However, the experience was disappointing when I got a copy of the plan sent to me by email. While everything was recorded in the office very comprehensively the paperwork sent via the email was the very basic information about myself. The forms sent via the internet resembles another application form. Does this mean I have to fill out all this information once again regarding my funeral requests. Sorry but you stumbled at the last hurdle.

Amanda (Abbey lane Sheffield) was perfect for our needs
We met Amanda at the John Fairest funeral service Abbey Lane Sheffield.
From the moment Amanda opened the door we knew our loved one had directed us to her.
She was perfect to send our loved one on his final journey.
She introduced us to Steven who became our celebrant - both were so in tune to the needs required.
They both gave us time to talk, nothing was too much trouble.
We loved the way they listened & gave a slightly alternative farewell.
This funeral home was the most perfect place to trust your loved ones with……..sadly xx

The form was explained in detail and I had the opportunity for questions before I decided which plan suited me.
I wasn't rushed to make a decision.
Seemed simple and comprehensive to me.

Beware of overspend
If any overspend they can't wait for the estate to be sorted it was suggested I pay and claim back of estate this would avoid passing on to debt collection agency apparently this happens a lot so please be aware

Co-op funeral care.
I had a lovely young lady came to our house! The co-op funeral care team member she was very polite and Helpful, She explained and gave me so much information and made sure the product I brought was right for me
And after I paid for what I wanted the lady went.
Within in 2 weeks all my registration details about my funeral came in the post. I have know given them to my power attorney. Thank you very much.

Pleased with my purchase, definitely recommend
Website was very easy to navigate. Funeral plans laid out side by side for easy comparison. Finance information all there and very easy to understand.
Compared to other companies, Co-Op prices undercut all the others and guaranteed 3rd party payments where others did not.
I purchased the Gold package and it ticked all my boxes.
Not received any annoying phone calls trying to push other services, there is an option to select this when purchasing but I declined.
