Both my wife and i have arranged out funerals, and there
was only one option that is the Co-op. There was no added extras one price thats it. As they have been around for over a hundred years i think they know what they are doing.

Our local branch in Kingsthorpe (Harborough Road), Northampton took care of my mother-in-law's funeral and we can't say enough nice things about the two members of staff that we dealt with throughout the process. Andrew (the Funeral Director) and Connor were both friendly, empathetic and helpful from start to finish and really helped make a sad situation a more straightforward one. Andrew was lovely on the day, both going to the funeral, during and after the ceremony, and whilst driving us to the wake. Thank you, Co-op Funeralcare, Kingsthorpe.

The whole process was easy to complete. At no time, was I unable to answer the questions. I was surprised by how little time it took. Well done COOP funeralcare!

The agent James was very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was kind and considerate and guided me through the process very knowledgeably. Everything was made clear and I was very happy with the end result.

My husband and myself were able to arrange our prepaid direct cremations very easily. We both became Co-op members as we knew we would be able to access the benefits, including £50 off each for our funeral packages. It was easy to do by logging on to our Co-op member accounts. In addition to the member savings, we also qualified for a £50 gift voucher each. So not only do we now have peace of mind that our funeral arrangements are all sorted, we got a bargain too. I would highly recommend Co-op Funeralcare.

It all went fast and easy, although my daughter did not get her copy - could be because of all the changes with Royal Mail. This ended the discussions between my children, they have no possibility to choose anymore - I did it for them

Easy straight forward process. No hard selling or trying to upsale. Was very pleasant experience with knid and thoughtfull staff

The arranged appointment at Bedford was not kept, instead I was offered a "remote-Link". This was not what I was looking for but I accepted the new arrangemet which proved to be problemactic regarding personal doctuments.
To day Wednesday I did receive via post my funeral plan but my wife's funeral plan has not been received, I reported this to the help line who saaid they would look into this. (not a helpful resoponce.

We were greeted by Pauline at the Strood in Kent branch,what a lovely lady who explained everything in detail. Such a caring kind lady,so efficient. My husband and I were so touched by her honesty and so helpful too..

Very pleasant staff. Friendly and very professional.

We are co op members and we trust them because of the years they have been in business. Other companies come and go and we could lose our money leaving the children in difficulty at a time if grieving. We didn't want that so co op was our preferred choice. And their prices were competitive but the main reason is trust and confidence we will get what we have asked for .

I had already looked at several other company's funeral plans and found the Co-op's to be good value. I didn't speak to anyone as I knew what I wanted for my situation. I have dealt with the Co-op before. The process was easy and the documents were quickly sent .
