Brilliant service
From the first moment I contacted Coop Funeralcare, I felt reassured. We attended Abbey Funerals in Atherton, Lancashire. We were kindly greeted in the reception area and introduced to Louise Howarth, who was helping us to arrange our funeral plans. We were offered a coffee. Louise was absolutely fantastic - warm, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She was very professional whilst at the same time, making what could be a somber situation a joy. She really has a wonderful manner, whilst at the same time getting the job sorted. We were very impressed with her. The plans we now have in place are great, tailored to just what we want, and not too expensive. Financial arrangements were flexible and fair. Thank you so much for helping us sort out our future funeral plans. We now have great peace of mind that this is sorted for us. Marjorie and Austin Clare

Very competitive price
Very easy to use website, details of type of funeral given in a clear & easy to understand way. Very competitive prices & more inclusions as part of the package than other providers. Having used Co-op funeral care before, I know that they deliver a very high level of professionalism & compassion at difficult times.

Jean Stuarts funeral…
I must say the staff from worksop are so good and remained professional throughout. They reassured me on my first visit made and me feel comfortable then and throughout the service as we went through my mom's wishes.
Savanna went above and beyond for us having to deal with an unhappy person apparently didn't like the way she was conducting the carrying of mom's casket. She followed every wish mom had asked for and I made happen. So the negative review of her is false and I think it should be removed.

After many stressful hours and days !!! The co op finally got there act together and sorted mum’s funeral plan after mum had set up a plan only to be told that it had failed,co ops answered ohh it’s been a computer error !!! So mum had to go in face to face and pay cash to set up plan,please get your act together co op.
Not good is it poor administration errors time after time !!!!!

A family member took out a Funeral…
A family member took out a Funeral plan, so I thought I would have a look for my own future future funeral needs on thier recommendation. It was very easy & straight forward to take out the Funeral plan on the Co-op website. It gives me peace of mind that my loved ones won't have to worry when the time comes.

With all ready experienced service for those of others that have used co-op funeral services we decided to pay for both husband & wife so that when our time to pass on will not be a burden on our family with all ready having worked with help for our local branch , it was convenient for both my wife and me to phone funeral care and arrange all our details through the phone and to receive all our information and confirmation through our email

Great service from beginning to end, nothing too much trouble and questions answered honestly. Thank you to all the staff behind the scenes too.

The whole team are extremely professional, compassionate, dignified and thorough.
Arranging a funeral is the most difficult and stressful thing i have ever had to do but thanks to the girls ( Megan & Ebony ) made everything happen smoothly.
On the day of my brothers funeral the whole team were outstanding Leading us through the service from start to end.
I can honestly say and wholeheartedly recommend Co-op Carr Lane Shipley to anyone who is going through the ordeal of losing a loved one.

Confusing.
It took 4 days to get a reply to my calls to set up a direct cremation plan, eventually an appointment was made to visit the co-op funeral shop in Elm Park this was then cancelled and moved to Romford. The pricing on the website is very confusing until i called to question it and Ali explained it to me this should of been explained to me on the day we met in Romford. Altogether not very proffesional and cannot reccomend.

Excellent service. The Co-op representative Victoria was so helpful and clearly explained everything to me in terms that were easy to understand. She was polite, friendly and professional. Very happy to have taken out this plan, so it's easier for my family.
