Simplicity cremations, simply amazing
I am writing this review now because it was too painful to do at the time. Last year my wife of 38 years died. Simplicity were absolutely amazing, caring, attention to detail, kept informed every step of the way and so on. The personal touch from the funeral director was was above and beyond, even phoning me after the cremation to make sure I was OK.
4 months later our son, 30 years old, also died, broken heart after his mother's death. Simplicity again stepped in and did another fantastic job. I cannot praise them enough.
I would recommend their services to anyone at any time.

Was booking my own future plan, so it wasn't a particularly sad time, but they did not rush things on the phone, seemed to have all day to take details and explain things, and to ensure I fully understood. Sadly I won't be able to report on the second part of the operation.

What an amazing caring company from the day I booked n pd for mums funeral I was treated with upmost care n empathy every step of the way they phoned n let me know what was happening with mum and where she was I will be using them for my funeral and recommend them 100%
