Simplicity made a difficult time easier
Simplicity helped me through what is a very stressful time, they were willing to take time explaining things so I could make the right choices. They kept me informed throughout and were very respectful and supportive, I was able to fulfil my husbands wishes.

Pushy sales people
I made an enquiry on their website, and even though I opted out of being contacted, their pushy sales people still rang me.
Speaks volumes on their company ethics so will look elsewhere.
Since posting the review I have received a further phone call and numerous emails.
Very pushy sales people so please be beware!

continuity of contact and courteous staff
The continuity of contact was helpful. I was informed of all key events in a courteous way.
Even though an error was made regarding the receptacle of ashes it was sensitively addressed and dealt with.
Would definitely recommend this company.
