All very easy
All very easy, and the chap who dealt with me over the phone was good (James, I think? Can't remember now, sorry). Anyway, I bought the most basic option, which I found to be the cheapest option on the market. I got peace of mind immediately, all paid for, job done - boom. Thanks.

I know I can rely on the CO-OP. I used them for my husband’s funeral, which was coordinated with the friendly and helpful team. Everything was just how my husband wanted it. Exceptional service.

Very poor service after the initial sale
Very poor in sending on information, follow up, and Gift Cards promised were not delivered. When chased up (twice) first said it would arrive, and then asked me to follow up with a 3rd party agency, saying it was not their responsibility. Just not good enough. Impersonal and inefficient .

Caring Service from Co-Op Funeral Care Chigwell
My husband was only 47 when he died and I had no experience of planning a funeral at all. June and Beverley were compassionate, empathetic, professional and helpful, from start to finish. Me, my brother in law and mother in law all talked about how well looked after we were. When visiting my husband at the home he was well cared for and respected. They made us feel so welcome and made everything easy. My husband and I had time to plan his funeral before he died and we used the Co-Op Funeral Care website to help us talk about it all, including coffin choices. I am very grateful for the kind service we got from using Co-Op Funeral Care in Chigwell.

Caring, considerate and dignified
From the moment I walked into the Morley branch I felt confident my late husband would be cared for with compassion and dignity. The staff without exception were so kind, understanding and supportive. A funeral is such an overwhelming event to arrange so I particularly welcomed the guidance and help I was given. I could go on but perhaps it’s enough to say Thank You.
As an aside I felt the pricing was extremely fair and all fees were clearly stated with no “hidden extras”.
