Multiple items ordered

Multiple items ordered. Although with heavily guarded packaging ( foam/bubble wrap/even some crazy metal corner guards) all caused by courier / one of my pictures arrived with major damage… Their quick response to correct & replace item / now I’m very excited to display all my new artwork

Incredibly beautiful and vibrant wall art - LOVE IT so much!!

This is my second purchase of glass art from MyPhotostation. The first one I purchased was one of their stock photos and I was extremely pleased with the quality and beauty of the picture. There is no comparison to the beauty of this glass wall art to a painting or canvas photo... just simply gorgeous. It was a gift for my son and he absolutely loved it and said he would love to have another. I couldn't find what I was looking for in their stock photos, so I got the idea to try and have one custom made. Wow! Just received my custom order and it is phenomenal!! I was worried that the image I uploaded wasn't good enough quality and may result in a dull looking piece of art... but your artists assured me they could enhance my image and produce a large 33.5" x 20" glass art... and they certainly delivered! This thing is so colorful and vibrant. I couldn't be happier! I wanted to be sure you and your artists know how happy I am with your work. I would highly recommend your beautiful art glass wall art to anyone!! I am stumped by the low star ratings I see here. I may not have taken the chance and ordered from you if I had seen the ratings prior to placing an order. I am SO thankful that wasn't the case!! Also wanted to mention how WELL packed this artwork came - incredible. And the whole process from start to finish was very fast.

This is a scam

This is a scam! MyPhotostation.com takes a portion of the Art ordered and cuts the glass to fit the dimensions you order. I didn’t receive what was pictured. But rather I received a cut out of the original…but they do this to cut shipping cost.

Also they CUT cost by not providing sufficient follow through, customer service, customer care or appropriate action.

Instead they are sarcastic and play ignorant.

This is one big fraudulent sophisticated operation. Be ware and hold on to your seat for the shite slay ride

Damaged Product and Poor Customer Service – Avoid

I ordered a brand-new glass wall art piece from MyPhotoStation, and it arrived with a bent and structurally compromised mounting bracket. The thinnest part of the bracket,
the section the artwork hangs from was deformed. This makes the item unsafe to hang, especially in a bathroom above a glass shelf.

When I contacted their support team with clear photo evidence, I was told to “fix it with pliers” and that it would be fine. They refused to acknowledge the safety issue, offered no replacement or refund despite multiple emails.

For a new product, this response is completely unacceptable. I paid full price and received an item that was damaged, unusable and not fit for purpose.

I would not recommend this company due to poor product quality and dismissive customer service.

Stay away from this business

My pictures arrived defective (chipped edges, scratched etc), I guess got damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. I asked to replace those, but I was told to pay. I then asked to collect these for a refund – and they advised they won’t collect these, I would need to arrange the return myself. I have now contacted the Bank to open a charge back request. I will also be contacting Trading Standards. No post sales customer service. I don’t recommend this business.

A response to my review 4,5 months later? It doesn't look professional.
