Had bad headlight on new order and a new one was sent out a couple days after contacting.

We purchased a lift kit for our golf cart, as well as a belt for our golf cart. We received the belt very quickly as it was shipped via UPS. The lift kit too a lot longer to no fault of ProFormX. ProFormX was actually very good at trying to get the delayed issue fixed with FedEx. We will for sure do business again with ProFormX.

If you can DYI projects this was easy to build. No issues.

Missing bolts, nuts, and washers for the kit. Ended up having to use everything from the old lift kit that I had on my golf cart.

Kingzilla lift kit is built strong and easy to install. It took about 4hrs. My kit was missing 2 of the main bolts and 2 other bolts were to short..... so a trip to the hardware store was needed. Or 5 stars would have been given

Everything went real well from sales to help with instructions for the product I purchased. Only thing I would suggest is when purchasing more that one item from different vendors delivery/shipping is from 2 different sources. Had to call when one of the items was not included in the first delivery. It later came by post office rather than ups.

Arrived sooner than I expected. I am very satisfied with the quality and instructions. Quick and easy install.

The kit itself is really nice, but the hardware and instructions need improvement. The bolts for the acorn nuts were to long so once the nut bottomed out there was slack in the arm rails. I didn't like that I had to reuse hardware from the original part, because that created new issues. The brackets that held on the rear canopy post were about 1/2 inch thicker than the brackets that come with the kit. So when I tried to tightened the original bolts down they bottomed out about 1/2 above the bracket which gave them a lot of wiggle room. Then there were bolts installed in the bed of the kit that interfere with the bed support that mount in the bagwell. I got of the same bolts and one oddball sized bolt for the cabopy risers, so that was frustrating to install and tightened. The pictures in the instructions looked like they were taken across the room from the cart so you couldn't see exactly how thing were supposed to mate like the handrail to the foot board, and the canopy risers to the seat bracket. But on the positive side of things the seats are ver comfortable, the vinyl was very soft, the powder coating and plastic molding all looks and feels very sturdy. Overall I'm still happy with the rear seat kit.

Received ProFormX Challenger back seat box in somewhat damage condition, but when box was open, everything was still intact. Followed instruction and put together the backseat with no great problem. The only negative was that some bolts were too long. Good very quality backseat and fits perfectly. Backseat was installed to a 2004 EZGO TXT

package came totally destroyed by the shipper you used. Can't use the item if it's not in the box.
