I got a referral link from a friend however I found out that the €15 discount is useless because when I apply the listed discount on your website it’s a much better amount so this is useless

Having to pay 12 euros out of your pocket for a return is ridiculous. It’s an online shop, clothes may not fit. Wouldn’t buy again.

Their product return process is…
Their product return process is completely dysfunctional. I had to message them countless times, only to receive extremely delayed and unhelpful responses. I was forced to repeat and describe my problem three or four times just for them to understand why I couldn’t return the product.
When they finally understood and sent me the return link, things got even worse. After sending the items back, they emailed me claiming I returned the wrong product—confusing it with a cheaper item from my order. In reality, I had returned the correct, more expensive item, resulting in them refunding me less money than they owed. I have already pointed this out to them, but they never replied. Unacceptable customer service.

Great quality of product
Great quality of product, very nice vanilla taste, much of a help when it comes to staying fit and helping me train hard in the gym. Shipment was very fast as well, arrived a day earlier than expected.

I have been a customer for years
I have been a customer for years. Apart from the prices that are skyrocketing, the delivery takes more than it should. Other sites deliver in just 2 working days, myprotein delivery takes over a week and possibly more.
