I think you have good quality clothing in terms of quality:price and you also have good quality proteins, even though some of them didn't suit our family at all. Nut butter is also good and some bars. but with food it's very subjective. You can deliver goods quickly and your marketing-set prices make people feel like they've saved a lot 😅 even though we know that's just your goal and not a reality 😉 I shop with you regularly because I have already tried and tested things and I'm loyal to them

Products are super expensive outside of…
Products are super expensive outside of discounts. Iften i miss those as they last just 1 day. Imposibble to buy fir the regular prices. Also delivery from Poland to Slovakia takes too long. I am long term customer purchsding for over 100€ esch time but i will probably switch to gymbeam. Faster delivery, much lower prices and much wider products.

Scammers! Stay AWAY!
My GF ordered bunch of things from their website. The order arrived incomplete. We tried to contact customer service for several days - nobody on the other side. We wanted to return stuff as we ordered stuff in multiple sizes - the website says the order number does not exist. Tried contacting customer service - nobody on the other side. I am left with stuff that is not my size and no means to return the items. I am shocked that the company has relatively ok review score. After browsing reddit and quora, experience like mine is very common.

I dont recommend this online shop
I purchased an item from this online shop, but unfortunately, it was too large. I wanted to exchange it, but that wasn't possible. I thought I would return it and order the correct size, but I found out that I would have to pay for the return, which is not in line with European law regarding the right of withdrawal. The customer support was terrible; they couldn’t answer my questions and just sent template emails. In the end, I had no choice but to pay the fee for returning the item that was too big for me. I spent more than 200 euros here, but I dont recommend this online shop and will never return.

Alex zákaznícky servis perfektný
Poslali mi nevhodný tovar, avšak ihneď uznali chybu, a do dvoch dní som mala nový správny tovar zdarma, super zákaznícky servis, Alex je najlepší, ihneď mi pomohol a bol ochotný, a milý :)
