Dear Stephanie
We greatly appreciate your review and thank you very much for your feedback!
We are terribly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with Myrkl, because the satisfaction of our customers is extremely dear to us.
Myrkl is a food supplement that is intended to be used as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle to feel refreshed the next day. Generally, the majority of customers are satisfied with Myrkl and recommend it to their friends and family which we consider a huge success. Among customers that are not satisfied, we identified three main points that are causing a reduced effectiveness of the product.
1. Taking only one capsule instead of two. We recommend taking two capsules to maximise efficacy.
2. Not taking Myrkl long enough before. We recommend taking Myrkl 2 hours before to give the bacteria in the formulation sufficient time to develop their full potential.
3. Trying Myrkl only once. The effect of the product becomes stronger with regular consumption, because the number of bacteria increase in the GI over time when Myrkl is consumed regularly.
Maybe you find yourself in one or more of those scenarios?
As the effect of food supplements varies from person to person unfortunately not everyone experiences the same effect. However, we want all our customer to be satisfied and thus we offer a 30 days money back guarantee. You will find all the details on our webpage in the section “return policy”.
We hope sincerely you find this useful and we would be more than happy to receive your feedback.
Kind regards,
The Myrkl team

Dear Alice
We sincerely appreciate the time you took to review Myrkl. Thank you very much!
First, we are delighted to hear that you love the effects of Myrkl. We appreciate this positive feedback.
We are, of course, very sorry to hear that your product delivery took too long. In most cases, our delivery process works very smoothly, but there are instances where we cannot adhere to the delivery timelines. We are working very hard on this and apologize for this inconvenience, which is far below the level of service we intend to offer.
To make up for this experience, we would like to offer you a token of our appreciation. We encourage you to reach out to myrkl@defairemedical.com with your order number.
We thank you again for your valuable feedback and are looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Some effect
Item received quickly and as described.
I think these might have had some effect. I enjoy social drinking, and occasionally, enough to feel a bit merry. But I find myself a bit 'heady' and tired after the fun. I went out for dinner tonight, had a lovely evening
with 5 drinks. Not drunk but relaxed and lots of laughs. I'm surprised to have felt completely back to my normal self within a few hours and I'm going to bed with a completely clear head.
For me, I don't think it's reduced the effects of the alcohol (I wouldn't want that because I enjoy it!) But it's boosted and quickened my body's recovery.

Game Changing Product!
I questioned the validity of this product thinking "can a simple pill really stop the affects the next day?" I must say, I was amazed at just how effective this product was! I woke up with complete mental clarity and could function as I would any other day of the week despite drinking copious amounts of alcohol! I'll certainly be taking these before any future event that involves drinking. Yey to Science!!!

IT REALLY WORKS!!!!
I can swear by these pills! Initially I didn't think they would work, but it's impressive how you wake up feeling fresh on the day after. No hangover, no headaches, no feeling like you were run over by a truck anymore.
They're a must if you're in your 30s (or over.) I just can't go out without having these prior anymore.

Ordered my product back in May and haven't received it after almost 3 months
I ordered my product back in May. It's August and I still haven't received it... The company seems very disinterested in checking or changing shipping provider since from the reviews it's a recurring issue. My last effort to resolve the issue was to contact them and ask if the product isn't delivered by the end of this month I would like a full refund. Would not buy again nor recommend it, especially if you're an international customer like myself.
