Avoid this shop as much as you can
Avoid this shop as much as you can. I ordered an item in error and I contacted them straight after but I am being completely ignored after contacting them multiple times via variety of means. Not sure how legit this place is. Clearly they don’t want people returning the items, looks like a technique they are using.

Arrived a month after being ordered…
Arrived a month after being ordered despite saying it would be here in 3-6 days.
After ordering a product and not receiving it.
After ordering a product and not receiving it after two weeks, I've emailed them three times, and phone them multiple days with no replies. I ended up contacting PayPal to get a refund. I'm now questioning the validity of this company being legitimate.
Customer service is non existant
Customer service is non existant. No one answers the chat. No one answers the phone. No one replies to email.
There was a mistake in my order and I simply have no one to talk to. Avoid this site.
Complete waste of time
Placed an order only to be told over a week later that the item isn't in stock im the quantity I had ordered so they cancelled my order. I opened a chat online and emailed them to ask if they had any in stock at all as their website was still showing both items in stock. Only response I received was a request to review how they had responded to me? Complete wast of time and won't be using again.
Paid for order, ignored until I contacted my bank
I placed an order for two items on 17th December. I received an email confirmation and the money was taken from my account, but I was not provided with any tracking information.
On 19th December, I emailed to ask when I could expect delivery — no reply. I emailed again on 31st December, explaining that if I didn’t receive a response I would have no choice but to contact my bank and report the transaction as potential fraud — again, no reply.
I opened a case with my bank due to the complete lack of communication. Only then, on 5th January, did I finally receive an email from Nature’s Balance saying my order was “on its way”.
I did eventually receive the items, but the customer service was appalling. Being ignored repeatedly after payment was taken caused unnecessary stress and concern.
Because of this experience, I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

this is 4th order placed from othnline shopping with this company in last 12 months
each time they have failed to supply goods of products actively listed on their website - so clearly do not have any stock but activly listing goods wasting customer time and money and causing delays

I wish I’d read the reviews. I placed an order only to be told items were out of stock and I’d get a refund in 1-3 days. Over a week later.. no refund.
Did not deliver
Did not deliver. They seem to think they have. Ignoring emails. Phone numbers don’t exist. I claimed a refund via PayPal. Do not use them.

I’m glad I came here to check other people experiences. I waited 2 weeks with no delivery and customer service email blamed courier and then stopped replying and phone numbers don’t work. Someone here said they applied for refund via PayPal and refund is already on its way. People here much more helpful than customer service!
