First time to order with this company. Created an account. Added quantity 2 of an item costing £38.49 to my cart. Paid. Then 4 hours later I get an email stating the order has been cancelled as it is out of stock with no known stocking date. They also sent me a personal email:

'I trust you're doing well. I wanted to inform you that, regrettably, your recent order is impacted by inventory issues with our supplier, resulting in the item being out of stock. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Since we don't have a specific restocking date, I've promptly processed a refund for your order #[edited out]. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The funds will be reimbursed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.'

So I looked on their web site and the item was still showing as in stock, but now the price was £62.49, which is 62% higher. So evidently they made a mistake with the listed price and that was the reason for cancelling the order, as they didn't want to sell it so cheaply. But rather than admit that and be honest, they decided to be disrespectful and lie to me. Obviously if I was to return later I'd see the price and realise they had lied, so it is rather disingenious. So I'm not very impressed with the level of professionalism here and won't be buying anything from them again. I wish I hadn't wasted my time creating an account on their site.

I was informed of a wrong tracking number.

Needed to change my delivery address and found it impossible to get a reply from the company by email or phone, none of the listed telephone numbers were valid.
Luckily the delivery company were in touch i was able to change address with them.
On a positive i did receive the kit within the specified time.

Complete lack of contact after my order had been received. I sent three emails enquiring about my order, and no one responded to them.
I was on the point of contacting my credit card company when I received notice of impending delivery.
Not impressed at all.

This company cannot deliver on it's promise. I placed and order and didn't receive anything. After a fortnight I inquired and received no respone. I triggered an inquest on paypal upon which, I slowly received a reply and a partial shipment of the goods (more than 4 weeks late) but some items were still on 'back order'. I asked for these items to be refunded and am waiting to this day (3 months later) I recommend to not purchase from this seller.

Said express delivery but took 3 weeks to arrive ! Then was posted to the wrong address

Fast delivery.

Rubbish. Paid for 3-6 day delivery, no goods received 24 days, visited ‘shop’ in Covent Garden - address only used as registered office only. No response from phone no as non-existent, tracker not working also.
Had to chase Customer Services & query if fraudulent??? Goods arrived within 7 days then !

Great products and fast delivery. I'm delighted to purchase from this company again.

Order didn't arrive in time frame. Contacted PayPal who gave me a refund. Once PayPal Contacted you my order arrived in 3 days. Not very good customer service I'm afraid. Hence the 1 star.

Perfect .I just receive the package, everything is good.

I would give 0 stars if I could, absolute scams, placed an order said itl arrive 3-6 working days. No delivery no updates no answer to calls or emails,
Their website should be taken down. People need to be made aware they are fraudsters

Ordered my stuff, got a confirmation email saying order will be shipped in 3 to 6 days, ok so i thought. Heard nothing from them for over a week so sent an email asking when my order will be shipped, no response. Emailed them again 2 days later cancelling my order and asking for a refund, no response. Tried calling the contact number listed 3 days later, which is a non existent mobile number which got me thinking scam company, i contacted my bank who advised me to block my card which i did. Lo and behold i recieve an email from this company apologising for the delay as they have been so busy and my order will be sent priority. I responded immediately saying i had already cancelled and not to send the order, no response. Today the 25th i receive an email saying my order has been shipped, i responded immediately again stating i will be returning the order as it was cancelled 5 days prior, they must have read my cancellation email but chose to ignore it. I now have to wait for a new card from my bank along with multiple forms to fill in to try to recover my payment, unbelievable hassle i really could do without all because of this bunch of amateurs. We should all be contacting the various payment merchants to have their payment systems removed, also google to have them removed from their listings, and making complaints to the OFT regarding this company's conduct, they need shutting down!

Wish I had seen all the terrible reviews before I placed an order for £122.98 on 11 March - the item has never been sent. The phone number doesn't connect (exist) and all my emails asking for an update and now a refund have gone unanswered. Mrs Lauren Jackson of 60 Wolsingham Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-On-Tees, Cleveland, United Kingdom, TS17 9EG is the company director according to Companies House and I'll be taking legal action if she does not refund this order.

To late now, should have read reviews before ordering. Sent email tried phoning. As I live in London could try shop if it evens exists.

This company is a scam, no email sent once you purchase, product doesn't turn up and phone number just rings through to disconnect status and emails go unanswered.

Unfortunately for you, like me you're only checking here after purchase so this is of very little use to anyone!

Honestly if I could give minus stars I would awful scamming company needs shutting down received email wen placed order it’s now been almost a month and I havnt recieved a thing they have no contact number and they don’t respond to emails the company needs shutting down

Did not deliver within specified time, almost one month has elapsed and no notification of progress on my order. I have emailed multiple times to ask for an update or a refund and they have never replied. Now disputing payment with my bank. Save yourself the hassle
