MyTriathlon was created in 2008 in the early days of triathlon. Two friends who began training together at their local triathlon club went on to race a Sprint distance, followed by an Olympic distance, before finally completing an Ironman together and finishing a mere five minutes apart! Their journey took them to the committee of their local Triathlon Club in Manchester and onto the Boards of British Triathlon and Triathlon England, before they decided to launch the Tatton Park Triathlon. It was to become the third largest triathlon event in the UK, after London and Blenheim.

First time customer swim cap
First time customer and they offered a good price (not cheapest) I am trying where possible to use a smaller retailer.
They dispatched the correct items promptly and it was delivered 2 days early.
Excellent service and will return when I am in the market for something else.

Please avoid using this shop
Please avoid using this shop. Our order was delayed in dispatch, and when it finally arrived, the product was not suitable for our needs. We returned it promptly, but after six weeks we still have not received our refund. Despite being assured multiple times that the refund would be processed, nothing has happened. At this point, I will have to contact my credit card company to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience.

Regarding the delayed delivery, I can see you placed your order with us on 29/09 with standard shipping which is an estimated 4-5 working day delivery.
Your parcel was shipped on the 06/10 which is inside the estimated delivery time frame however we expedited the delivery to our faster shipping service for you free of charge. This was then delivered the following day.
We apologise that there were delays with your refund process.
I can see you did have to follow this up with us, the latest communication we had from you was 17/11. Your refund was then completed the same day.
We are a small business therefore most things are processed manually.
We are aware of some issues this does cause and we are working on improving this process to ensure you or any future customers do not encounter these same issues.
I do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
