Suspension noise. Was told I needed new front shocks and a rear spring as it was broken? 2 independent garages late just to ease my mind and told was nothing wrong! Won't be back thats for sure.. recently garage check deals with Suspension...again nothing wrong! Can only imagine the cost of unnecessary work.

Had my car brooked in for 8 in morning on 25/8/25 for service and mot they phoned about 10.30 ish said needed two new Tyers and we have to sit MOT again so phone them at 2 o’clock in the afternoon to see if it was ready to pick up, they said 4 o’clock would be ready to pick up. Got there just after four told me 15 more minutes which ended up being another 35 minutes so a whole day to do MOT service and put two new front tires on plus I got a message saying they’ve sent me an email with photos of the MOT but no email was received in fact I haven’t received any emails since the car in the garage

Took my car there with a screw in my tyre. They claimed that it couldn’t be repaired as the screw was “at an angle” despite being in the centre of the tread and clearly repairable. They said that I would need to buy a new tyre (obviously looking to sell me one instead of carrying out the requested repair)
I took the car to another tyre company and the guy couldn’t believe what they were saying and had it repaired in under 5 minutes!
Strangely enough while I was in there a young girl had also had a puncture and ended up purchasing a new tyre (possible a coincidence but maybe not!)
Definitely won’t be going back to National Tyres again.

Used the payment assist option to purchase tyres and it was quick and easy to do. Tyre appointment was available on a day that suited me.

Was fairly easy to order tyres but couldn't choose the pay assist for some reason. Paid in full anyway.

Quick and easy to book an exhaust inspection.
