If you want a smooth and stress-free way to prepare for your driving test, the National Driving School is definitely the way to go — they make the whole experience feel a lot less scary than it sounds.

A big thanks to my instructor Chris, who was incredibly patient, supportive, and knowledgeable. He made everything feel calm, confidence-boosting, and genuinely enjoyable. His guidance and attention to detail made a huge difference in helping me feel fully prepared for my test.

I did my lessons with Chris of Dun Laoghaire and passed my test today. Chris was a fantastic driving instructor and made me feel so calm and confident in my driving, wouldn’t of passed without him

I was struggling to pass my test and failed a couple of times. I only needed two lessons with Krzys to fix my little mistakes and passed the first time after my lessons with him. Absolutely brilliant would recommend to anyone.

Chris was my instructor, and I completed my 12 classes and the pre-tests with him.
He was very patient and motivating throughout the entire process. English is not my first language, but he was so calm and friendly that I felt very comfortable.
After failing the first time because I was very nervous, Chris really motivated me. Now that I have passed, I’m very grateful for all his work. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

I did a good few lessons. Maybe 20 hours with BARNEY. What a trainer he is. Passed my test first time. Excellent trainer. Gives brilliant honest feedback. Im absolutely delighted with the service and i couldnt have asked for a better instructor than Barney. Well done Barney, youre an absolute asset to the company, keep smashing it lad! And thanks for your patience with me and most importantly thanks for helping me pass 1st time. AMEN

My instructor was Paul Fleming he is the best out there, he never doubted me even when I doubted myself and I’m passed now thanks to him 🤗🤗🎉

I did a 3 hour lesson with Barney 2 days before my driving test and his calm manner and clear, solid advice made such a difference. He explained everything really well and was incredibly patient throughout, especially with my reverse around the corner!! I have been driving for a long time but I’ve always felt a bit anxious behind the wheel. He helped me build my confidence and feel properly prepared for the test. He also shared lots of small tips that made a big difference on the day. He was very accommodating when I was booking, which I really appreciated. I ended up passing my test and I genuinely believe his lesson played a big part in that.
I’ll definitely be recommending him to anyone looking for driving lessons. Thanks again Barney, for all your help! 🎉🎉🎉

I had my lessons with Conor and he was unbelievably patient and kind. I done my 12 EDT with him and extra lessons as well. I was a very nervous driver but he knew exactly how to get me out of my own head and I don’t think I could’ve pasted my tests without him!

I completed my 12 EDT lessons and 2 pre tests with Darragh. I started as a complete novice but he was very patient and helped me get up to speed quickly and get that first time pass. I highly recommend Darragh and the national driving school for anyone looking to start their lessons.

I couldn’t recommend Paul Fleming highly enough! Thanks to his incredible patience, clear teaching style, and constant encouragement, I passed my driving test first time — something I genuinely didn’t think I’d achieve.

Paul always took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and never made me feel under pressure. He was so accommodating with lessons and really built up my confidence behind the wheel week by week.

After having bad experiences with previous instructors, finding Paul was such a relief. He truly cares about his students and wants them to succeed.

I did my lessons with Barney Clarke and he was very helpful. Always gave me the same timings for my lessons and it was clear he was confident and had trust in me with the car. I passed my test first time with the help of him. Thank you so much for all the help!!

I had Chris for my pretests and lessons before my test, and had the best experience! He was so helpful, positive and motivating and really helped me improve my driving to be ready for the test😊

After failing my test the first time with a different instructor, I took a few lessons with Barney from NDS and I passed easily the second time. He was very helpful and patient and took the stress out of driving! Would definitely recommend.

Just finished my 12 EDTs with Andrew. Andrew was a brilliant instructor the whole way throughout. Was great at pushing me when I needed to be pushed and going over the basics when necessary. He's very knowledgable about all of the common faults people make and how to improve on them, as well as all of the RSA pain points with licenses/test bookings etc. I would highly reccomend to anyone.

I did my lesson with Susan, she is exceptionally diligent and patient with her teaching, she gives tips and tricks that remain with you so that you’ll pass. I would strongly recommend Susan to anyone

Did all my lessons with Thomas and from lesson one he made me feel comfortable and confident in the car. Passed today and I couldn't have done it with the solid foundation he built in our lessons
