Failed to collect on the stated date, no communication and very difficult to find any contact details. When I did contact reply was slow and incomplete. Online tracking eventually showed pallet collected even though it was still on my drive!! Only managed to confirm its final
collection by tracking down the local haulage company via other contacts. Would not recommend.

absolutely abysmal customer service driver was clueless missed my pallet pick up phoned me X3 for address of pick up I've lost a customer now will not use in future having to use a different company for pick up and left with a unwanted item
